Everyone who is thinking of buying an Iphone should really not to do that! Iphone is much more expensive, doesn't have QWERTY keyboard, the memory part sucks and many many other things to think about before buying it! Just wait for the Nokia N9 with MeeGo and you'll be so much more satisfied with it than you could ever be with the OVERRATED iphone! Btw, I own one (not for long tho until the N9 comes out) and I really can tell, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MANY ON THAT CRAP!

This phone really looks good! I mean all the specifications and stuff..it's just that these specs aren't 100% trustfull but still the N9 will probably have the same kind of features as shown in this site.
What comes with the design is that it actually looks pretty nice! It isn't that thick as I would have thought and that's a good thing I guess ;) I'd rather buy a black N9 rather than silver one if available. The camera just could be a bit better and the MeeGo is a MUST!!.. If it will really be running on MeeGo I would buy it for sure!
Hope it'll be released and on the market soon!

I'm not sure about this. I think the time's gone for the Snapdragon, and Nokia's a little behind the times in thinking about using it for the N9. They already have working knowledge of the A8/A11 architecture, and I think they should move in that direction...ARM plus hardware GPU. We're all waiting for Nokia to take a chunk of the North American market that it's not getting right now, and I don't think, really, that Snapdragon _ Android is what they should be doing. We've done that, seen that, and it's old hat, old design, old performance.

this device in my opinion is going to be the best thing nokia has brought to the table and over coming the sexy n8 and powerful n900 which i love so much! yo!!!!!!!!!
and i wishing that this phone comes out so soon i want it so bad ehhhhhhhhhhh you cannot believe it

this means symbian 3 its dead? because if the next mobile to n8 dont use the NEW and improvment symbian 3...
if nokia use meego in n9 i think the future of symbian 3 its bad

ha ha.. dont go for N8 12 MP camera alone... coz its still running on the symbian platform... if the n9 is shipped with meego o.s,then along with 5 Mp camera and a 1 ghz processor with some more extra features and a nice lovely keypad(phyical),its bye bye for n8.

At the moment i am using a non branded Chinese phone which i brought for $70. This phone includes some useful features including:
1)TV with a built in antenna, when your not watchin tv you can fold the antenna back.
2)It has an infrared which I can control many televisions, its really useful.
3)This phone also has a torch which is made of LED lights, its quite powerful.
4)Finally it has a 4.5 inch screen tft screen.
I would like if the nokia n9 has the features which I mentioned above. The inbuilt TV is very useful.
The Dell Streak has a 5 inch screen so nokia n9 should at least make a 4.5 inch screen. The screen should be better than super amoled.
Also the nokia n9 should have speakers located exactly like the nokia x7-00 and also 1.5GB RAM or more.
I hope Nokia n9 will make the changes.

If Nokia launch this phone with the Meego OS, 1280x720 display, dual-core CPU and 1Gb of RAM, it would be the return of the king.

I know it's very surprising for nokia to do that but i think it's for the best to nokia choose microsoft's windows phone7. At least it will compete with android os and ios for that matter. And of course right now they are failing in U.S market. This will solve the problem for them. Right now they should finalze the deal with microsoft and go on with it. Good luck nokia please realease meego os soon cheers........

The other claims reported include a 4.2-inch AMOLED display, a 1600mAh battery, 1GB ROM, 768MB RAM, a 12-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss Optic, GPS, Wi-Fi, HD video capture, 64GB storage, a slide out QWERTY keyboard with micro chiclet keys and Meego 1.2 OS.
The N9, which looks like a miniature MacBook Air, is set to be released in the first quarter of 2011, possibly at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February.

Oh please not symbian, symbian needs to be rewrite and make an innovative UI that will wipe out its competitor especially Android,IOS and WP7... Let MeeGo power this device. Agree?
