Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970You asked:-
"guys ,, i wanna buy a unique mobile with some enough option ,, high build quality ,, nice battery ,, high design"
there is only one phone for you my friend...
This phone is great but its made in CHINA! Hope none of you guys buy a deffected piece, cause it happens with the CHINA made stuff!
This phone is also a very much battery thursty all of the time! Its maybe cause the high resolution screen with its HD! Also the wifi on this phone is good but it also sucks its battery dry!
This phone is good but this is the first of its kind in the Maemo operating system, so still needs lots of time and work to be as much as the Nokia stereotype has said about it! Also this is the first Maemo Nokia phone, this means that the next generation of Maemo Nokias will be much better, making this phone look like old school
audio000, 21 Dec 2009Hello
Will the n900 work good on at&t without the 3g (I know it will work , but will I get ... moreaudio000 im using my n900 with at&t and the reception is suprisingly good, i had the n95 8gb before which i thought pulled in the best 3g reception out of any phone i ever owned
and it matches that with the 2.5g
t-mobile on the other hand sucks hardly no 3g anywhere
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970mr mobile.. n900 or e71 would be your best options based on what you listed
Anonymous, 21 Dec 2009I thought the N900 was a new phone, what's it doing with a 600MHz ARM 8 processor, 256MB of RA... moreyou forget the os on n900... it is a linux variant... i use linux on my m700 dell laptop... it has only 500 mb ram, and i have no problem multitasking... it is fast too...
linux is well known for very low resource demand (compared with windows, or even mac osX)...
try to open 15+ apps on any other smart phone and see what happens... n900 flies...
just my 2c
happy holidays to all...
audio000, 21 Dec 2009Hello Will the n900 work good on at&t without the 3g (I know it will work , but will I get ... moreWell the phone definitly will work much better on T-mobile. I know it should work on AT&T's 2g network but idk how well because I've never had AT&T. As far as applications go on the n900 you have an application manager and you input the address for different catalogs and they all have different applications.
Will the n900 work good on at&t without the 3g (I know it will work , but will I get drop calls and such) ? will the gps (Nokia Maps) work ? I have a n96 and I would like to upgrade to the n900. My other thing would be programs for this phone (where can you get them)?
Kris in Colorado USA, 21 Dec 2009I do not understand all you people who either A: do no owe this phone, B: do not like it. Why ... moreHey whats up Kris. I love my n900 and I feel the same as you I've tried many other phones but have not found one that is even close to this. Have you found any apps you would recommend?
I do not understand all you people who either A: do no owe this phone, B: do not like it. Why are you even commenting. This is by far the best phone I have used (Again because I owe one and it was not so expensive as any other phone on the market) I have owed a Iphone 2G was not impressed other then the SMS app. is very good. I owe HTC in the G1, I love Android. I have a Blackberry as well, not impressed at all. However, still I feel this is the best phone out right now! Again, just my HANDS ON opinion.
As will notice I also leave my name, unlike all you haters who do not want to be called out.
Can anyone using vodafone subscription can state if this phone supports video calls.
An answer would really be appreciated,
Thanks any admins...
how many home screens does this handset have? 1, 4 or 8?
answers back asap please
