"The Nokia N900 is a 3G, Linux smartphone with XTerm built in. If the idea of hacking your phone down to the command line with the manufacturer's full approval sends you into paroxysms of joy, forget reading the rest of this review and just buy one now. This is the ultimate Linux geek phone."
I have a question for the users, does it have Chinese language support?
That post has gone again.
Must remember nothing negative about iPhone. Is this site owned or sponsored by Apple?

how to use the secondary cam, can anyone tell me

TMT, 05 Dec 2009I am really confused.
whether i should buy n900 or htc hd2 or satio.
i really use the ca... moreTough one. Let's see what we have here...
N900 is about £500 (in the UK at least).
Buy a digital cam, a netbook, and an old 6310.
digi cam = £100
Netbook = £200+?
6310 = ~£30
Total is £330+. You're 170 better off ;-)
waqi, 05 Dec 2009can any one tell me which phone is better n900 or iphone 3gs

Anonymous, 06 Dec 2009plain and simple the word iphone should not even be mentioned in this forum . n900 is way more... moreyeah right... all phones seems to try and use the standard... iphone killer....
iphone is for the everyday user, n900 is not.
n900 users audience seems to be people who are familiar with the nokia's internet tablets. it requires a great deal of learning curve.
lots of developers for the iphone, n900 is basically limited to maemo developers.
hello to all
the different technology
resistive and capacitive they are difference each as its
advantage and disadvantage
capacitive screen is only developer to use finger only and the resistive screen can user both stylus and finger
so nokia want to give choices to use finger or stylus
just think about it
iphone only finger can't used stylus can leam
to be honest the phone isnt worth of buying because it deosnt alot of features like the n97 and satio. N97 and satio is gud. Reason because you can organise your files including downloading pc software and having a andriod on your phone. It is a 3gs and abot htc well people like it cuz of the hd. But its not all that. and yh n900 do have alot of problem since it came out of europe
iphone 3gs is faster, better touchscreen, tons of apps. Besides that, it is inferior to nokia n900.
david if you just do calls and text, you will charge it twice a day
if you do heavy usage you may even charge it 3 times a day
i got mine from nokiausa.com and i gave up on it i just put on the charger every chance i get
Guys, Nokia are reknown for their strong batteries. This phone has the same battery as the Nokia 5800 which I own. What is the battery like? How often will I need to charge it if I make only calls and send text messages? What about how often to charge if I do full heavy usage (internet/WIFI, Radio, Calls and games? I really like this phone but the battery is the deciding factor. Do any of you plan to carry a spare battery or buy an alternative stronger Nokia battery for this? Does this has the strongest smart phone battery?
