4 GIG Memory, Great for music, videos and general storage.
Not the best camera and video quality.
Theres no camera in the front of the phone to utilise video calling.
The phone "freezes".
Short battery life.
Keypad is small.

Hi I am Sayan from India.I bought N91-5 for Rs 24,500 about a week ago.It has been a great purchase.The phone is excellnt with hell lot of features and the sound quality blew my Creative Zen 20 GB to pieces...but there is one problem..the battery life is not very good.It lasts barely 16 hrs a day with 20-25 mins of calling and 5 hrs of listening music. This phone does not have wi-fi or 3g (N91-5) .So my question to any knowledgeable person (sp Pappy) is this ok? can anything be done to increase the battery life .Will firm wire upgrade help in any case? Please help me if u can

People have posted that they have updated their sw in New Zealand. The speed I find is good except when you ar opening the gallery (see advice). The sound i amazing. I lov my N91 and with the newest sw and the growing online support from Nokia (see my advice list) I would say go for it.

Mangesh: Hi, A few ideas. Do not install themes on HDD (see HDD guide). Also try not using PC suite to install. I always install bu simply dragging the SISX file to the HDD then click on it from file manager on the N91 and follow the installtion steps (and install on phone memory). Finally I believe there may may been a few applications with 2.00 SW that do not run (but did on older sw) could be these themes are one of them
Dust: Bring it to s service centre and tell them to clean it. If you decide to open it yourself Wiha makes a tool to open Nokia phones then you can clean it yourself (but warranty is void)
Im in New Zealand, everyone seams to have issues getting their N91's runnin well.
I currently am on my 3rd N70, have been offered a cheapish upgrade to the N91. What would you all suggest?
I have read most of the last 10pages of your troubles, and the construction and display faults the review talks of.
Is it really that bad? the size doesnt worry me, the glitches do.
Pappy- Are the updates available through NZ vodaphone do you think? we are reasonably up to date with technology...but Im not sure.
My main worry is the slowness between functions, are they slower than N70? even with version 2 will it slow down terribly as the data increases on the hard drive?
lastly do you think the display and functions of the N91 are below average for using the net easily? Im not blind
I m facing a new problem through my n91, i m trying to install some new themes from some renowned sites. but unfortunately no singel new theme is working in my device.Some time My device shows "Installation Complete" but after searching its not present in themes list, sometime it says "unable to installed",sometime says "file corrupted". I surely tell u its happening after sw update. and one more problem is when i apply a new theme its mixing with the default theme, after restart its working well. Plz tell me why this problem is occuring now?. how to fix this problem permanantely?. waiting for the reply becauze I luv my n91 so much.i m really worried about this query.

the best sound is from nokia n91.but very big problem the phone hangs a lot as i listen to mp3 i have in use just 1/2gb but still have problems with the phone hanging have to restart it every now and then plz help
I had N91 n facing a problem that there is dust inside the screen thus can any one advise me the procedure to clean the teh dust
To Hoeynardia - What i meant was just power the device on and off before using the WEB browser and that will start your RAM off fresh.
To soundflicker - Sounds like a loose earpiece probably a 10 minute repair. I dont know why the US service centre does not just fix it. Must be some US warranty laws or something.
To: KorN and 320Kps guy. Too bad you just did not update the SW. I suspect Korn you had the keytones on using 1.00sw which some people had issues with. 320kbps - again you returned 4 devices instead of getting a sw update (the pausing was a bug with high variable bitrate 320 Kbps or greater) in Pr1.
By the way I heard 02 UK stopped it because the price stayed too high (5 months and no price cut...now thats a bug!!) :)

And regarding the flickering sound, it is not from the mp3 player, it is from verbal communication with another person and not in loudspeaker mode or bluetooth.
