Nokia's N91 drop tested 300+ times

"We have no way of confirming the validity of this or anything, but apparently this dude Younghee was chatting it up with a very proud Nokia mechanical test engineer, who told him that the N91 survived a three hundred cycle drop test — the same kind that killed an iPod mini after only 12 drops. Well, we suppose that solves possible-problem number one with a hard drive-enabled cellphone; now, onto battery life, price, and in the case of the N91, aesthetics."
From the time phones are released from nokia, it takes 2-3 weeks for local vendors to receive it....
they go from manufacturer -> suppliers -> vendors, dealing with customs, goverment and other boring details
it ll hit in shelfs in UAE on next week, its on there way via ships.. they need some days to make princing and all...
news from AXIOM
3000dhs around 2999 rm malaysia, expensive ,maybe can get w900 cheaper 1000,but without wifi
amr i had posted before i had forgotten to write my name sorry
the price detail comes from two shops in bur dubai .. sheeba and phoneland
though they dont have the phone
it is an assumption
if u know in todays khaleej times newspaper they have given a full page advertisement of the n91
this advertisement is not by axiom or cellucom etc.
infact it is the official nseries dvertisement made by nokia themselves exactly similar to n90 and n70

n80 may be better but is also FAR MORE EXPENSIVE and guys..c'mon this is a music phone for those who want only music from their phones. its souund quality is the best ever.. compared to the n80.as i said stop comparing these 2. n80 might be smaller, thinner, but it DEOSNT have 4 GIGA u know...so simly shut up.the phone is perfect as it is.
its selling for 3000 dhs officially here in dubai uae from today...
it was launched yesterday in the jamiroquai concert
Already release in certain country, maybe can get in malaysia market in 2week times, subscribe to nokia you will know that this handphone finally in the market
zes u can make video calls but u have to put the camera in your face if u want the other guz to see zou it's lilke the 6630
N91 does not have video conferencing guys. Nokia N80 has. How can you do video conferencing with camera facing you. You can't even see the other person.
Moreover who wants to carry this heavy brick.C'mon guys this is a mobile phone first. I think N80 is way better with 3MP camera, video conferencing, 2GB space, wifi, etc.etc.
video conferencing!!! someone posted a web page on this a while back... this was a video of two guys explaining some unanswered questions about the N91. one of the guys explained that you could make video calls but the camera would have to be pointed toward you so all in all you would not be able to see the other person. is this true?, not sure but we will find out soon...
