i bought this mobile a month ago and im pleased with its performance. But the phone hangs then and there. When i trasver some video clips or few images, the phone hangs and then automatically recovers. But if i install more than two or three s/w or themes my phone hangs up. Simillarly the phone is faster only when i have the built-in theme applied..... The pictures are really superb with its 5Mp cam but when transvered to my pc, some pics are blurred..... Is there any remedy for my problems or is it the phone's caracteristics???????
Does anyone know where I can buy a N95-3 from in the UK? Do any of the UK networks provide this model on the contratcs or is it just the older N95 model.
I've looked at this model and the N95 8Gb and have decided to opt for the N95-3 as it will be just as good when I (eventually) buy an 8Gb card for it. The main problem for me with the N95 8Gb is the lack of removable memoery - one drop and chances are wou could wipe the memory. At least with the N95-3, you can remove it, also much easier for transferring data at work
my n95 dropped and now the screen is flickering on and off, what should i do ?
is n95 3 availabale in UAE or only in US since the 3g band is diff?
@ Person below my post
Maybe you should try getting a battery that matches your model... e.g a N95 battery not 3100 battery which of course will not work. To find it out its very hard. you have to go to the specifications tab on the left hand side, you then need to scroll down to where it says battery. Very hard i know. Of course a 3100 battery would not work. Silly Billy
My brothers friends cousins aunty has this phone and she left it at my house so now its mine. The battery is stuffed And i tried putting my 3100 battery in it and it doesnt work.
I got this yesterday, i upgraded from an n73me. Its amazing good solid phone, lots os handy useable features and an amazing camera, im going to get a 6gb card (£35) for it and laugh at somebody how got an iPhone.lol. seriously though this is definatly a benchmark phone. I am not bais, i have had good sony ericssons and samsungs in the past aswell
THe Nokia N95-3 is so brilliant to use an theres no complaint at all about the battery life on this mobile 2-3 days without charging the build is alot more solid than my first N95 an the back is a big improvement its got no camera cover but the fascia is made like in a cushioned soft material in Black,i went into my nearest Vodafone shop to have a look at the Black N95 with 8gb of memory an i do not like the front buttons on the front of the Black one an the screens only about 2mm bigger but the back is same as the my N95-3 so i will glad i bought this one instead of the Black one,so anyone who wants a more solid an reliable N95 get the N95-3 its just shows you this it what Nokia should have released in the first place to please its customers as the first batch of N95s were not right to be released by Nokia
The N95 is a very stable h/set provided you purchase a SIM free one - Network operator software which is what causes the phone to reset on occasion
Yes you can use any phone battery in this phone. Nokia made it so that it is compatible with all of their phones batteries. And also Samsung batteries. I would suggest using the 3100 battery as it is so cheap to buy nowdays.
its very cheap in usa and other countries but in Pakistan it is very expansive
can i use high power battery in this phone please tell me which battery is perfect with this set?
Don't listen to nEw@ below, they don't know what they are talking about.
N95-3 DOES NOT MEAN both N95 and N93.
The N95-3 is the redesigned US version of the N95.
The N95 that we are commenting on, which is the N95-1, the original Euro-Asia version.
The N95-3 has nothing to do with the N93.
Here is a picture of them next to each other [N95-3 on the left and N95-1 on the right]:
The N95-3 has American 3G bands, while the N95-1 [the original N95] has the Euro-Asia 3G band.
