hi! i just would like to ask if N95 is already capable for blackberry service? thanks!
Well I've just visited Nokia's website to attain more detailed information on the newly announced N95 8GB. I looked under technical specs for memory, processor speed and GPS. Guess what??...No info!! They have not given the RAM, the processor speed or the type of chipset in the GPS. Nokia are very secretive. Furthermore they have implemented features that nobody asked for eg 2.8 inch screen and 8GB internal memory. People's problem with the original concerned battery life and RAM. They have improved the former but they have not indicated the RAM value of the new device. I advise Nokia to be more transparent with tech specs in high end devices. Furthermore if they want another top selling device they should implement a slideout QWERTY coupled with a VGA 3.0 inch screen; 128MB RAM, 1500mAh battery, Sirf Star III chipset for the GPS and expandable memory.
i relly love that phone and i must say thai i am enjoying the features on is it is so much fun and to thos which don't have one i believe that u should get one because if u dont u are just missing out on half of your life
i believe that the nokia n95 is the best phone which i have ever came across on the internet and i also think i will order it.
im not saying for kidding, this phone is really nice.. and not heavy! im japanese girl, and my dad is working for sony company, once i have this phone and i asked my dad to check it out. he's suprise.. he cant even believe that nokia can made this kind of phone, but i believe our life is part of lucky and unlucky. who buy the bad one than they'll have a bad comment, i cant undertand that.. if u dont like this phone just sell it (still in high price) and u can buy another phone.. trust me SE k850 will not more expensive than this phone in the first lauch.. n95i is N91+N95= N95i. i dont have any problem with this phone since i bought it 1 month ago, and i will keep using this phone until nokia made N100^^
I wouldn't bother with the 8gig N95 because there is no card slot and it's not that much of a jump from the existing N95.
If you don't have an N95 get it, if you do I'd suggest only getting it as an upgrade.
I've just had a look at the preview and specs for the newly announced N95 8GB. If one peruses the top right hand corner of this page one sees a list of twenty new phones. Not one of then has a QWERTY keyboard. Do Nokia not realise that some people are heavy texters and that T9 is inadequate?? In the last six months Nokia have released only two phones with QWERTY (E61i and E90). It is quite ridiculous!! Furthermore in present times a 2.8 inch screen is supposed to have VGA resolution: charts and tables will be much clearer. Furthermore GsmArena has not printed any results for RAM or processor speed in the spec sheet. Nokia should have still included expandable memory- it makes the phone more flexible.
I just took out a N95 from my shop. changed from my SE K810i, that by the way is the best phone, ever. great battery time, and photos!
I knew that N95 had better camera, and worse batterytime. but WHAT THE HELL IS BATTERY? is the question i am sitting in the dark with here and now. i fully charged my N95 this morning, had some calls, sms, and a little video and photos. and under 12 hours it is EMPTY! Nokia: LEARN WHAT BATTERYS IS, PLEAS!!! The N95 is great with video, photos and music, but what does that count, when you only can use it 10 hours before the battery is dead!???
looking forward to the Sony Ericsson K850i!!!!!!!!! same camera sice and a lot more battery! and Smilys :D
The camera has a easy replaceble Scrach resistant glass (is not a lens as such). Same as the N73. I have already replaced my 2x for next to nothing. If it should get scratched I will exchange it :) I think Nokia should give 1 in the package. Is no big deal to replace it.
I think i will stick with my N95 even though the N95i might be out soon ,i willtry my best to get my N95 look like the N95i an make it Fully Black an try to improve the memory more, the new N95i as got very small buttons onthe front an do not like that an also no lens cover at the back which i bet alot of people will damage the lens or scratch it so not able to take clear photos but one thing i will try to do is put the 1200mah battery in my N95 thats been made for the N95i
please provide same high quality speakers inbuilt as in nokia 6233...and as good sound as N91 in headphones...and headphone like nokia 5700..
Learn how bluetooth works and you'll be able to send too :) Read the manual . . .
I got mine yeasterday - and is just perfect. GPS is realy Goooooooood :)

too bad singapore nowadays released a fake n95? no warranty in a small problem? its really a junk phone coz maybe its fake and i dont know if your in the influence of drugs or some kind of solvent(poor people like u use it).. i pity u. u dont know what your saying. sorry david i think u should rest and clear your mind.
This is a nightmare for me. This is the first time I am using a Nokia fone, the worse is N95. I had so much problem with it that I had to send it to the Suntec Service Centre in Singapore for 6 TIMES, and my most basic problem was not resolved, let alone other additionals. The manager there did not even considered exchanging me a new one, if it wasn't me who insisted. It was a laughing stock in my company. I deem that the N95 and the service level of Singapore Nokia Sevice Centre in SUNTEC sucks big time. I dun think I wanna use this expensive junk anymore. Imagine I bought the phone somewhere in mid May 07, I had been sending in in Jun till today. I fact, I used it over the weekends and sent it for service over the weekdays for the past months. It is indeed preposterous.
