To Dazzi_9: the N95 has digital zoom 20*. There is no optical zoom. Check N93 or N93i for OZ. I guess the N95 would have cost too much and weighed more if Nokia had implemented OZ. I am hoping that soon Nokia will make a candy bar shaped high spec N-series phone which includes OZ WLAN and QWERTY. As the 8800 has shown: no matter the cost there will always be buyers. Samsung F700 and HTC TyTN are great designs.
is N95 cover rechangeble?please reply....
The n95 is not aimed at professional buisnessmen!Have you noticed the keypad!Erm maybe wannabe professionals would have an n95 but certainly not guys that have to use word, excel CAD and so on.Reality check is needed!
how can i use the internet or send sms
if i open the phone on the side of media player.
Just picked one up last week, and hated it for the first day. I had just come from using a Sony Ericcson z800i, and couldn't for the life of me work out the menu system. Now I've got the hang of it, I realise that the n95 is a very powerful tool. It is aimed at businessmen, and has a lot of handy apps if you're in that field. The camera takes sharp, bright photos. The GPS is a bit sketchy, and doesn't pick up sattelites anywhere near as well as a real GPS reciever, but works in most cases. It comes boxed with everything you need, and I mean everything. You get a microSD (1GB), AV-RCA cables, remote audio controller, earphones, screen protector, USB cables and really neat faux leather case. Reccommended for everyone who loves cutting edge tech. A slight disappointment is the gallery is slow to react, and Nokia STILL has Realplayer. This program is sketchy, slow and freezes constantly. Other than that, a great phone.
9/10 Rubber Chickens.
And once again the N series phones let the good name of nokia down, i mean how hard is it to realise that if you put too much software into a phone it cant handle it and will crash all the time. Ive tried all the N series phones and they have all had the exact same problem.
PLEASE READ People who are looking forward to buy this phone for 5MG Pix camera and GPS please don't buy it coz i used it for 2months and sold it in 487$ with all acc in it.this phone has very low quality buttons.side buttons are very hard to press.and whenever you want to dial a number or type a msg camera button will always get pressed and its very irritating. Radio output is very BAD. speakers are not that good enough. GPS you will have to buy all the maps through your GPRS and price will depend on which country you looking for.In my life soo many mobiles i have used and took care of them like my life but never of those a single scratch had come and this cell joysticks chrome started chipin off. The make is really like a 50$ phone. Now i've taken n93i and its really really WORTH. than n95.
this N95 release version is even worse than the dire beta's i was sent by Nokia the screen is grainy, the camera worse than 5140i,the sat nav looks like a toddlers attempt at a map drawing done with crayons that are older than time...it really is a poor attempt at a middle of the road phone..nokia i expected better especially after my reviews of the beta's...mobilephonefanclub open to all who are legit we meet at gawber church hall wednsday at 7 and after service on sunday!!!

I love the navigation and GPS on the N95 ... plus the image and video quality are amazing. Have to charge almost everyday but if i get a secondary battery with desktop charger i would eliminate that problem. Over all its the best out there

Excellent phone, just got one! Nice camera and speed, unlike my n73. I dont like the leather case in the package though so I bought a crystal case. In Philippines, crystal case costs around 100 Php (2-3 USD), :)
Agree battery is a problem and I would really like to be able to kill all applications in one go to be sure the battery will last. To find what is drawing the power (therefore flattening the battery) is not obvious to me although I know to look for the crescent moon icon and exit. I have even gone to select remove memory card function as a one stop process as I know it kills all apps running. Any other ideas..tks
n95 camera flash is poor flash.n73 flash is xnon flash,is strong.
