This phone is fantastic.I was a Sony Ericsson fan but after seeing this phone coming up i decided to take my chances with it and i have to say that i am thrilled.I bought mine made in Finland and the only downside is the battery which by the way charges in 1.5 hour. There is no slider problem and no rebooting problem. The camera is great for a phone camera and the gps locks on in less than a minute when you are outside.I really do not understand all these negative comments posted here.
I was bored and decided to do a little research. I briefly scanned every single post on this site about the N95 and categorised them into POSITIVE comments and NEGATIVE comments.
Here are the results:
POSITIVE - 1840
NEGATIVE - 2980
NEUTRAL - 1020 (usually questions)
I'm not buying THIS Nokia.
1. Not worth the price
2. Battery not worthy of the features
3. Slider is of low build quality
4. Reboots itself often
5. Has Symbian OS
1. Excellent sound
2. 5MP Camera
3. Video is best
Rather buy a Camera.

the price i posted was the price last month so most likely it drops to 29t now. better go to greenhills its much cheaper...got my phone 25 days ago for a price of 31t. no problem with the phone got plum color made by nokia, so far so good.
Why we talkin abt samsung phone here????? By the way it wont work in US, its CDMA phone for Korea.
huys just a reminder, it's not the MEGAPIXEL that counts, when it comes in pictures. It's the lens. YES U HAVE that 10 megapixel camera. But does it use a Carl Zeiss or a Cyber-shot? N95 still has the crown.
I got the info 4 days ago from Nokia hotline. 8861234, they say it's the R E T A I L Price.
But I know we can get big discount in other shops.
I'm in QC.
For all those a little confused, u should see the Samsung SCH-B600, not the B600. The old b600 doesn't have a camera at all. The SCH-B600 has a 10MP camera and 3x optical zoom. I haven't seen pics from it yet, but by sheer stats it leaves the N95's camera in the STONEAGE!!!
no freaking duh virgin mobile wont take this phone, its a gsm, and virgon mobile is cdma. it has nothing to do with this phone having problems or not, it has to do with what frequencies it runs on.
hey louie, wer u from in RP? the N95 costs 30t already...when was the last time u visit the retailer...hehehe
its a brill phone, I've had it for ages
anyone who says its crap, r jealous they don't have one

i am on my third n95 and this one does not work after one day. i will be returning it and not getting another.
I work in a phone shop, and today we have had 4 N95's come back in faulty. This is not uncommon, almost every new n95 we get from Nokia is replacing a faulty one. A lot of them have problems with in call audio (people not being able to hear on either end of the call), a few with GPS problems, and don't even get me started on the software. The onyl staff member to have taken an N95 has had to return hers, as the GPS simply does not work, no signal from satellite at all.
To be frank, I find it pathetic that a well respected company like Nokia can get away with this! They hyped the phone up, undersupplied the handset and obviously didn't do enough testing. I thought there was no way that the N range of Nokias could get any worse - the N73 had some pretty big teething problems too - but the return rates have been diabolical to say the least. I cannot think of a single other handset that has caused this much problems. If Nokia are not quick to resolve this issue, they'll soon find that their market share diminishes before their eyes.
If you want a phone that does everything, then fair enough, give the N95 a try, but don't look at this phone through rose-tinted specs. You will need to stay on top of the software updates, making sure you always have the newest version. If you need a phone to be a phone, then honestly, do not buy the N95, as even if you avoid the software problems, the temperamental GPS and the inability to actually use it as a phone, you might find that the battery is nowhere near sufficient for the handsets needs. I really feel for people who will be trying to use the same batteries in 15-16 months...
Incidently, I have posted a few times on here before, but I've never been so dumbfounded by a handset that I've felt the need to really lay into it on these pages. Keep your receipt/dispatch notes safe, and the minute there's a problem get onto Nokia and let them know, then maybe they can ask the testing staff if they even turned the phone on :'(
Hi i work for a mobile network "Virgin mobile" and we have refused to release this phone as it has been the most faulty phone ever released by any manufaturer, its pathetis plastic cover seems like a childs toy, even Nokia a recalling 25% of there stock as they have faults! this is the worst phone i have ever used
Guys!! on june my mum will buy me Nokia N95 but do u think is it worth to buy? I'm thinking if Nokia N95 or Nokia N93i..
Please help me. i don't want to regret any wrong decisions. :(
