N95 is the best phone in the market since N90 (my current phone - biased - haha!). How I love to buy this phone as soon as I have the purchasing power to do so. It's currently sold in the Philippines @ P38-P40K, I would probably wait for a year and a half before its price drops to an affordable level. N80 for example still sells at a hefty P22K, the second feature-rich phone next to the N95.
The only drawback to this phone is the poor battery life which can be remedied by frequent charging or via a novel solution: buy extra batteries. Haha. This is what I did with my N90. I frequently use the phone as a modem, gaming, etc. and use a spare battery when charging is not possible (e.g. during travel).
Another thing that bothers me is the silver finish of the context keys. I hope that they don't fade so as to preserve the phone's aesthetics.
I wish someone would give this phone to me as a gift... Haha!
there is barcode reader on the phone but i dont use it cause i see no point in it but it is on the phone and works fine....but the barcode reader is to decode encrypted images and not the barcodes on the food, can, chips and stuff like that
there wont be no nokia n95i...if there will be we will see it only in around 6 month or more
i have just been told by a voda rep that this phone has a built in barcode reader i find this hard to belive and wondered if anyone knows if it is infact true..........
i'm sooooo glad i DIDNT buy this phone.. hehehe.. have you seen the steady price drop.. Nokia has done it again!!! Expect a N95i sooner than you think..

also this 'Nokia N95 will continue to be the best phone in the world for a while' in the world so not only on asian /european and american markets but in the whole world which includes all markets
I have this phone. I like all the features. There are so many.
The resolution and menu interface is awesome.
I hate the small bugs it has. Like it freezes sometimes. The gps is dodgy. Never really works. And you can hide certain videos and images from the main gallery menu.
Its kinda annoying.
the person who said n95 is not the best phone on the market and said japan is way ahead...go read the n95 review on this website and this is what it says.........'At this moment Nokia N95 represents the crown of the entire Nokia portfolio. It is the best equipped phone on the world market' you see this WORLD MARKET so no japan or any other country got better phone
eh?Whoever said their is a tremendous amount of memory really dosen't understand smartphones. The program memory stands at 22meg for the user-you think that's good? It's ridiculous!Other than that the phone is quite good.
im using my N95 ryt now, and d WLAN is perfect! Im here at starbucks now (airborne wi-fi) d conection here is so fast...this phone is adictive! I dnt care about d battery, yes its true dat it has short batt life that is because of the continues usage. Dont blame d battery, blame d user hehe! Dis phone is much lighter than my previous N93. Love dis phone! People who dont own ph0ne like N95 ARE SO ENVY! Too bad they cant aford to buy such, har har har!
mini juicy say, just marketing makes mobile big. better buy other mobile as cheap Nokia or SE880 if you want trow away money anyhow
I think this phone is remarkable. All the features are excellent. There is a tremendous amount of memory. A little expensive but worth the money. I recommend this phone to everyone. GO NOKIA
All of you complaining bout this phone ... u guys had the money to pay 1000 for this one and now u're not getting what u paid for...nothing farther than the truth ... but u guys forget that the phone just came out...with every single one of these super phones happened the same. so stop complaining and wait for v2 or v3 to come out. u'll see the difference
Till today I have never had the courage to name any phone like the best one on the market with clear conscience. But Nokia N95 does deserve this label. It has no adequate competitors on the current mobile market: it is extremely rich in functions, has a comfortable and detailed user interface with plenty of settings, and on the top of it, it is a relatively light and compact.
The most notable drawback of Nokia N95 is its battery life. It will require daily doses of power, unless you limit its usage to occasional calls and messages, deactivate 3G, Wi-Fi, and GPS, and play no videos. In this case you may happen to postpone charging by a couple of days, but is such use worth the purchase of a phone like Nokia N95? The answer is no. Of course, battery life is an individual matter and depends on many factors. Nevertheless we can assure you that during our intensive tests we had no other option but to charge the device sometimes even twice a day.
The first batch of Nokia N95 hit the market at a high price. Even so it was immediately sold out. The main delivery whose price is said to be a bit lower is being expected at the end of April. Anyway, the price remains rather high, perhaps due to the strong customer demand. Nokia N95 may be very expensive, but it also offers a lot and thus keeps attracting numerous prospective buyers. In this sequence of thoughts it is quite probable that in a few months, when the initial ecstasy falls off, the price of the phone will also fall down a bit. Be prepared, however, that drops in price will hardly be significant as Nokia N95 will continue to be the best phone in the world for a while and will thus manage to easily maintain its price.
