its an amazing handset, but i work in a call center and i deal with handsets day in an day out, well the review about the n95 in UK is absolutely fantastic, it is rocking out there yes there may be miled issues with the battery life but as u see the opinions above, the more features that the handset has there will be something inproportionate. anyways overall this handset is damn GOOD absolutely fantastic and worth spending the amount.......thanx to Nokia...
the nokia rep said if your u.s. buyer you have to buy from www.nokia.letstalk.com or www.nokiausa.com if you want valid us warranty support. otherwise your warranty wont be supported
also fyi the reason im telling any us buyer to order us version n95 is because nokiausa.com also told me that if you buy n95 and its not us version phone, they cannot support the phone under warranty. so if your us buyer i strongly suggest if you want warranty support if ever needed that you buy from www.nokia.letstalk.com or www.nokiausa.com there both same affiliated nokia sites.....
cool, i found out when i called that www.nokia.lets.talk.com $659 free 2 day ship for n95 is www.nokiausa.com sister site (meaning there the same)there price at nokiausa.com is $749 when i called them to verify that www.nokia.letstalk.com is affiliated with them they said yes thats there sister company site and actually when buyers put in orders through nokiausa.com there sister site nokia.letstalk.com is actually the ones who processes and ships the orders out for nokiausa.com // cool thing is when i verified that nokia.letstalk.com is nokiausa.com sister site i asked them why the difference in pricing---and if i ordered could i get the same lower pricing that there sister site had, they said yes! so they gave me the lower pricing $659 from there sister site, just some fyi for those of you who are wondering about www.nokia.letstalk.com they are www.nokiausa.com sister company site and they are us version unlocked phones...both same people.but ironically the sister site has cheaper pricing. they will match the lower pricing if you order through nokiausa.com which you have to call to get the lower pricing.

I just wana know that does it requires wlan like N80 because i m confused to bought which one N80 or N95 plz tell me thanks 4r ur help in advance
i like the phone very much. i graduated from an n90, to the n93 and now the n95. i am happy with all aspects of the phone. since i already have a professional gps in my car i cannot comment on the gps part of the phone. the only on real thing i wish for is 3g service within the united states. apparently all of the nokia n95s now use the 2100 mhz frequency range for hsdpa/3g. the only carrier right now offering 3g in the united states is cingular and they use the 1900 mhz band for which the n95 does not provide a conduit. therefore, i am stuck with egps or edge coverage for right now. nokia told me "we just make the phone". cingular told me, "we just are responsible for the system". shouldn't they work together to appease us all?
It doesn't have many but too many features... Infact tell about one feature that this phone doesn't have. This is a beauty with brains... I will recommend it to one and all who are looking at a one gadget/Complete solution in in there pockets. Money is important, but this is a value for your money product. Tooo Good. Thank You Nokia.
I had mine for two weeks now since it was released in limited stock in the Philippines and this is what I found out:
Battery: If it is just regular calls and some standby time it will last for the average person, if you are a power user I suggest you bring the charger with you(its pocket size). I managed to enable bluetooth and played music via a stereo bluetooth headset for about 4+ hours, not bad.
Applications: I have no issues here, lots of applications and connectivity is great. I can't seem to enable GPS though, says no GPS signal maybe my country doesn't have it yet lol.
Overall hardware: I think Nokia should give themselves a pat on the back on this one, buttons are great, screen is vivid, the slide is sturdy: so far mine isn't wobbly or loose. Hanged only once when I switched off the paired bluetooth stereo headset first before the bluetooth on the phone(slaps forehead).
