Awsome, awsome phone...
-decrease the displaylight about 20%
-set time until phone enters standby to 1min
..and you will get though 2-3 days in normal use.
Bad news people...
Tomtom does work on N95 (I'm using it with Australian map) but sad to say, you need to buy a GPS receiver. Reason being is that the Tomtom program only uses GPS receiver :(
Then again its better than the standard program anyway, the Maps program p**ses me off, everytime I search a address it always says nothing found???
Tomtom works straight away AND its 100% free, all you need to do is buy the Bluetooth GPS for like $70.
If u have been living under rock for the last few months u should know N95 is the most awesome device which pretend to be the best seller of 2007 and its not matter if u like it or not( from www.symbyan-freak.com) please don't moan about battery, with this tones of features it cant be better. specially in weight, size and price that have direct affinity to battery size.

How do i delete emails from the Nokia N95?
arghrgrh... Iv tried every way i can think of, to delete the mass of old emails in my email box on the N95. Iv tried restoring all emails and deteting from Phone and server.. (by marking all)........... it says its doing it and I get the proceessing bar counting the emails down, but I am always left with hundreds of headers... has anyone got any clue how to rectify this and delete mails and headers from the N95?
Thanks for answering my question.
Where I'm living the Nokia N95 comes with Stereo headphones. So maybe for you guys the headphones aren't loud, but if anyone has tried the Sony Ericsson W810i stereo headphones that come with the package, those headphones are what I think is good.
And the N95's headphones are just as loud as the W810i than that's good.
To increase battery life of N95..
Push: Tolls..Setting..Connection..Wireless lan..Change Show wlan availability to NEVER. To save push BACK.
Permanent automatic searching deleted. But you can still manually scan available wlan network. This a small solution until a new version of battery by nokia.
Don´t you know NOKIA is originally a FINNISH brand made only in Finland for many years ! it´s actually a Finnish town

every picture that i have taken with my N95 has not been more than 1mb in file size. I set the camera resolution to max and the pics come out good but when viewing the properties the files range from 300kb to 850kb. is there a problem. should the file size be bigger. Also when i try to zoom in while viewing a pic in gallery i get the memory full close applications message. I took the phone to flagship store in NYC and they flashed with latest firmware but still nothing.
hey vk where did you buy your n95 and what did you do differently from what you read?
Map works beautiful, i gave up but i read one opinion here and tried again. i was just shocked. its great and now 1st time i have a phone more than two weeks lol. i always change it in week most. Not this time. (All buyers should get made in Finland ---- No problems) i hade 1st one from made by nokia, and it was junk.
nobody has yet answered my query can someone please?
may i ask one question, does N95 already possess the transition effects in the menu? i mean the animations in the menu like the ones in the SonyEricssons and the UIQ 3? can someone answer me...
thanks in advance.
I really like this phone, the only problem is the battery life and also, it needs a firmware update really bad. Some applications crashes all the time.
It's amusing that Nokia didn't use VGA resolution. It would appear people are convincing themselves the N95 is the best phone for web browsing-ha!but then again the majority of nokia owners wouldn't know the difference between qvga vga and the benefits of the former.LOL
