can someone please post about the battery life - a lot of reviews and reports claim you'd be lucky to get even a full day on one charge...???
if ever there was a useless phone this is it, too big, too clunky, and packed with far too many features.......would definately not reccomend as a consumer phone....maybe good for business puposes only
friend ily, you are absolutely right.. never buy nokia phones on its initial releases, you are actually paying for the development cost plus with the bonus of buggy stuffs.. better wait for few months to pass and then get it, lower in cost, better firmware..
i-mobile 902 camera is far more better thn n95 n the price is also dirt cheap...these branded phones just fool people spcly nokia...sony ericsson is good...but i have got a i-mobile 902 5mp camera with xenon flash using the sony camera is awesome n at dirt cheap price...

Some opinions from owners please
based on my experience.... I will never buy a new nokia product when its lunched. I remeber last spring, I bought the N91 and N80.. but man .. they are full of buggs.. and to make matters worst, 2 months down the road, Nokia announced new upcoming devices ... N92, N93....etc.. so I felt so stupid not only cause I spent $1200 US on 2 crapy phones but also they are so unreliable..( software wise keep crashing ) and both became obsolete after 60 days!
GPS function works for position information without the need of network connection, because basaically your phone has a GPS receiver which in good atmospheric condition can receive signals from GPS satellite.. GPS satellite signal is a broadcast signal and can be captured by any receiver for free.. Like tv broadcast, the only difference your GPS satellite is place way way up the sky.. es claro??
With the built in GPS navigation, will it still need a connection via GPRS to work?
I just have my N95 last night which I bought, but very dissapointed.. My n95 loves to crash from time to time, I tried internet access via WIFI, it was terrible.. My only consolation is the good camera, and sound. I would say, it should be priced the same as N91. I would contact Nokia service immediately today. I wish i did not waste my 900 US dollars..
'pcsalesnow' sells n95 for $395, is this place legit? they required min. $999 order though.
hello, does this phone have the problem that is in n91 and n80????????
that when you use the web browser that have the pointer in the screen you know the cool one, and open a heavy site, or many. it says memory full. or something like that.
I have the Nokia N95, good features just very unreliable. Crashes, Sound quality poor, Sat Navigation a gimmic, Very Slow. Stay away, do not buy!
it's a really cool mobile. i am using tv-out system & wi-fi in my mobile its amaging
The GPS is not free if you use your network provider. If you use it htat way, you WILL be charged!!
If you have this pone and want to use GPS, then please remeber that you can download the maps for free from www.nokia.com/maps if you do it via the network, it'll cost you loads. WHen you have done that, it will take approx 30 mins to install them, but then that;s done. The first time you do a satalite search, with will take about 10 mins to get a lock on on all four satalites, but once it's done, it's done! Hope that helps.
you will get the review soon the phone jsut came out so probs i think like next month
