i have been using the n95 for a week so far the phone has not crashed or rebooted itself compared to the other n series.10/10 for reliable and performance.........
hi guys... I'm going to buy no95 but befor that I want to read the Gsmarena review n95... I 'm still waiting, why they don't review this phone?
i don't know what you all see so interesting on this phone. it's just a phone! how many of you buy phones for gps or wlan? i don't think you use gps when walking on the street. if you need gps for your car, buy one! And 5 megapixel camera...be serious! i'm sure k800 it's better. this phone have a lot of useless features and eye-candy usless features that only rise the price. c'mon people, wake up!
can anybody say whether or not a future firmware release could increase the max mini sd to 4gb?
dont buy first bcos music edition with 10gb and six speakers coming soon....haha
I'm currently using a Nokia 6280, which I've been very happy with. Takes good photos, (2Meg), and very good video, (640x480 15fps). I wanted to upgrade to one which had at least the same capabilities. Surprisingly the only phones I could find with the same video resolution were the Nokia 6288 (replaces the 6280), Nokia N93 and Nokia N95. These last two are capable of 640x480 at 30fps. It was a bit of a no brainer. My N95 arrives on Tuesday. My only major concern is the stories of it constantly crashing, but I have 14 days to return it if I'm not satisfied. Was this a problem with early software. Has anyone got one recently? Does it crash a lot?
I now have to decide on a memory card do I go for a Sandisk 2Gb Ultra II microSD or the non-Ultra II. Does anyone know if there's a noticeable difference in performance?

The N95 - what is it???.....Well....i'll tell ya shall I???........ITS.....just a FLAMING GREAT phone from NOKIA(at last)!!!! I have been using mobile phones for over 20yrs now......and have nearly always been a Nokia fan using the O2 network....previously BT Cellnet.....and have to say that for the last few years, Nokia aint been doin to well in the mobile world.......with their phones not being as good as others in many aspects......ie: (when compared to S.E., Samsung, LG etc) and believe me.......i know cause i have tried em all.......but now.......well....let me tell all you so called "Aficionado's" out there.........this phone.......the N95 has brought NOKIA back into the running with a huge great big "BANG" and not only that........with the built in GPS SAT NAV features......it wont take you long to track down the big noise and find one in your nearest MOBY SHOP.......AND BLOODY BUY ONE.........NOW!!!!!........trust me..........one of the best phones i've used in YEARS!!!!......Thanks NOKIA!!!!
Lol, Andy, you got done then!! I work at an O2 store and we have been doing them on upgrade or new on whatever length contract you want and pricematch them free on a £40 a month tariff!!
Thanks Haider, I just have to point out something. Does Quality wise mean how clear the sound is ? Because are you sure in terms of Quality Wise the Nokia N95 comes in last place ? It has 3D music. Also is it louder than the Nokua N80 in terms of loudness ?
I bought one of rmy wife on thursday on orange for £50 with a £40 12 month contract. O2 wanted 129 for upgrade and 35 a month for 18 months. I have a nokia 9300i and I am now seriously jealous of her until i can get an upgrade for myself. This phone is awesome, it is quick, intuitive, picks up wlan dead easily, the software is snappy, the pc hook up is seamless, the menu and navigation is a lot more intuitive than i ever remember. The sound is clear. The build quality is good (I have bought sa plastic case) The video pictures are great and so are the photos. Unless you are very fussy then this could easily replace your point and shoot. if i was taking a special picture then i would still use my canon, but this is great for capturing moment sthat you would otherwise miss. So far I would definitely recomend this.
