does anyone know if the speaker phone can be activated right after a call is placed or do yuu have to wait for the first dial tone until you can activate it?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated,
For all of you guys in Australia, the Nokia N95 is coming out on the 17th of April. I have two confirmations, one is from Qrganiser World in Melbourne and costs $1200 upright
yip the battery dosen't last long, particularly if your using Wi-Fi.It is a small smartphone though so I guess style over practicality was chosen.I'm more worried about interference/noise when calling.Would a software update solve this?
Damn the battery is worse than i thought. I have to charge everyday..i dont even use it that much. I keep it off line for about 10 hours so only 14 hours i use it pretty much..
to get free applications for this phone ,you can visit ; www.series60v3.com , www.gsmhacks.com thats where i get my stuff from ,its awesome
Although i have this phone, and like it ,i still would not say that it is a "MULTIMEDIA COMPUTER" because it cannot do even 1 percent of what a computer is capable of.I would say an I-Mate can be considered a Multimedia Computer as it has a Windows OS and it can do alot of stuff that the n-95 cant, since i have both.
Big thumbs up to Dave for the 'real computer' post!
Defeats the point of some people altogether!
Unfortunately we know this will not stop the moaners!
hey dude how is the sound on ur n-95,i dont find it very loud like the n-91.its pretty much like the N-93i with better clarity.
yeah dude im having the same problem too man,but im pretty sure that there is a third party application to watch videos on youtube.this phone would have been kickass if it could play youtube videos.
does anyone have a good website to download lots of free symbian software from? thxs!!!!
have you tried the youtube thing where they give you a selection of vids and you get 2 choose video? mine downloads but doesnt seem to want to play, you got the same problem?
hey dude this is a flashlite player 7,not the actual flash player from windows, its only for flash files and games, but i think there is a 3rd party app for streaming links ill keep u updated when i find it .
are you sure because when i try to go on some websites on my nokia n95, it comes up saying - 'this application requires Flash Player 7. please download the latest version from adobe' but that doesn't work because it's for windows. i had the same problem with my nokia n73.
To think this is a flagship model,im just imagining what nokia has in store for all of us in the months to come, probably a 8 mpix cam with xenon flash,8gb hard drive,a bar phone, with excellent sound better than the n-91,im sure nokia has something like this in their pipeline and thats going to be KILLER.
there is a flash player pre-loaded on the phone, however its flash player 7,if ur looking for a flash player to view sites like YOUTUBE etc and other streaming sites that requires a flash player, then that would have to be the Flash player 9,which is not supported on s-60 devices yet.
how can you get flash player on this phone because loads of websites need this in order to view some of the stuff availible on their website? does anyone know a website where i can download the software and install it on my phone? thxs!!!
