Hi..all N95 users... I am planning to buy one.. Looking for a GPS enabled phone... Is this the right choice?
my new tariff is long weekends plus 800 minutes 500 txts plus 400 for free plus a 200 txt bolt on coz i needed more...for 49.00...i thought that was quite good. and the free phone obviously...as and when it turns up!!
ordered the n95 from o2 just now. receiving it around the 11th. on my upgrade they offered it to me for free + £5 off the online 500 talker tariff, which makes it £30 per month+18months+phone for free.
I am aware that O2 often gives different deals to customers, this is normal business pratice at the end of the day.
But do u people think they gave me a good deal? I would especially appreciate if O2 employees could tell me what they think.
I should point out that in spite of the business pratice mentioned above, i believe O2 are amazingly good.
P.S spoke to a realy nice young lady, she was 5 mins from going on her break. If u r reading this, you can give me a call anytime. give me yr address n i'l send u the flowers and choco :)
Its the 2nd of April and i've just bought my N95. People saying that it wont be out until the 11th or later are wrong. Me and my friend both got one today. However, there are very very limited stocks! My friend bought his at about 10 oclock this morning, and he got the last one... I was lucky to get the last one at about mid-day today! Anyway, Amazing phone! Dont know why everyone is bitching about them! There spot on!
Now hear this... Now hear this!!!
O2 Retention/Upgrades will have this handset available in stock (aprox 1000 handsets) on the 5th April. Handset deliverys are estimated at/around 11th April due to bank holidays.
This is the latest and information... Now please stop complaining about it.
Orange have just phoned me up asking if i wanted to upgrade to n95, i would need to pay 200 smakers for it, so i ended my contract with them took out the same contract plan, 12 month contract 55 line rental 800 mins and unlimited text and the handset for 49.99, down side is the phone is silver and black at the back, well either way i've got one after all this waiting, it comes on wed. i asked if it's generic or a orange varient, orange of course!!!!!!!!!!!!! lets hope they havent tweaked too much
I work for o2 we are taking back orders now for N95 we are advising del around 11th april due to being easter bank holiday.
hi i bought this phone from ebay. didnt get it yet i just wanna ask u the guy told me that its build by nokia ???lol i didnt get that he said dats what it says on da back of the phone.....usually i read made in finland or germany or something can u please explain to me what does it mean made by nokia ???is there any major diffrence
It's not really a buisness phone, they guys like blackberry or big phones with qwerty keyboard-e61.The battery life is a little better than the n80 but not by much.
Why do I keep getting different answers from o2. Spoke to someone direct on the phone today and they said the phone would be available this week but don't know which day. Went in to my local o2 store and they said they were expecting them today and they will phone me back tomorrow if the phone becomes available. If it wasn't for the fact I want an o2 online tariff I'd go straight to carphone warehouse who seem to have plenty of them in stock already.
I feel that n95 is a nice phone but it does not have any specialization unless used as a business phone for its software features. Otherwise, its a jack of all trades but a master of none, making some of da cool hardware to be kind of mediocre.
Now its released lets get some reviews about the N95,people expecting a good camera mobile but Nokias got no way of backing up the camera with a quality flash to get better pictures of there mobiles, please anyone with the N95 now report the battery life as i am sure with all te functions on the N95 i just want to find out if the battery drains out quick as the N73 battery lasted about 3 days but i think the N95 will want charging everyday
DHL will delivery a handset within 1 - 2 working days from the date of dispatch. O2 aim to have your handset dispatched by the 11th April (depending on stock level).
Get a life and stop complaining about a mobile phone or your service provider.
I have been dealing with O2 for many years and must say they are far better than any other supplier in the UK.
Todays word "Chill"...
I don't really care if i have to wait a week for my phone but what winds me up about o2 is how, whenever you speak to someone, you get a different answer...it's bad management!! All you o2 staff on here are saying the 11th but when i spoke to my 3rd person this morning i was told you should be receiving them on or around the 11th...but they'll then have to be dispatched to customers and that'll take a few days for people to actually have them...should all have them by the 16th at the latest...it's the constant contradicting information that drives people mad with o2...it's not customer services fault...it's the bosses who tell them what to tell people but as a customer it's very frustrating!!
camera is the best at it this way compare camera phones with camera phones se dont have 5 mp flash is a detail the best multyfonction phone with a quality camera is the n95 n80 is
who can tell me y the whoha ova tis fone? dun get it...megapixels alone does not define a quality camera
