Why do I keep getting different answers from o2. Spoke to someone direct on the phone today and they said the phone would be available this week but don't know which day. Went in to my local o2 store and they said they were expecting them today and they will phone me back tomorrow if the phone becomes available.If it wasn't for the fact I want an o2 online tariff I'd go straight to carphone warehouse who seem to have plenty of them in stock already.
I feel that n95 is a nice phone but it does not have any specialization unless used as a business phone for its software features. Otherwise,its a jack of all trades but a master of none, making some of da cool hardware to be kind of mediocre.
Now its released lets get some reviews about the N95,people expecting a good camera mobile but Nokias got no way of backing up the camera with a quality flash to get better pictures of there mobiles,please anyone with the N95 now report the battery life as i am sure with all te functions on the N95 i just want to find out if the battery drains out quick as the N73 battery lasted about 3 days but i think the N95 will want charging everyday
DHL will delivery a handset within 1 - 2 working days from the date of dispatch. O2 aim to have your handset dispatched by the 11th April (depending on stock level).
Get a life and stop complaining about a mobile phone or your service provider.
I have been dealing with O2 for many years and must say they are far better than any other supplier in the UK.

I don't really care if i have to wait a week for my phone but what winds me up about o2 is how, whenever you speak to someone, you get a different answer...it's bad management!! All you o2 staff on here are saying the 11th but when i spoke to my 3rd person this morning i was told you should be receiving them on or around the 11th...but they'll then have to be dispatched to customers and that'll take a few days for people to actually have them...should all have them by the 16th at the latest...it's the constant contradicting information that drives people mad with o2...it's not customer services fault...it's the bosses who tell them what to tell people but as a customer it's very frustrating!!

i work for o2 direct... there is no point shouting at us when we are trying to do the best for our customers, there is a delay on the delvery of our handsets as we test them all before we release them to make sure the customer is happy and doesnt have to send it back beleive it or not we are doing our best...All cust who have ordered the handset will receive the handset by the 11th if it meets o2 high standards, we are happy to order the handset for you today if you receive an email stating handset out of stock ignore it.. its just a standard letter that we send out if the handset is on back order... rememeber we do our best for cust and we are also waiting for this phone we are also customers

If you want to make a perfect imaging phone, put in it Xenon Flash. Is it hard?
o2 back ordering n95 (not due till about 11th ) but id leave it til nokia iron out all the niggles. this fone will rock once got proper softwear. free on £50 tariff, £19.99 on £40 tariff, £89.99 on £35 a mth
i would get it from another network i any of them could match the tariff im on
i work for vodafone and we have 1000's in stock and u can get 1 delivered tomorro
im not saying the employees of customer service is bad. i have mates that works at the leeds call centre.
im saying the way o2 looks after the customer is bad. whole of uk released the handset today but o2 will not till the 11th!

if 02 are not sending out the handsets till the 11th then where is the customer service in that? all networks have released it today, all the stores are selling today so whats happen to 02 being loyal to their customers?
o2 customer loyalty is just a joke. if it wasn't for the deal they gave me, i wouldn't be with them. my mate received his phone this morning from t-mobile and all i can say is WOW!!!! What a phone!!!!
