Its an awsome phone . I think the price is around 450 pounds , or was it usd. dont remember , either way have to wait till the hype marketing fades n the price comes down .
EDGE is enhanced GPRS also called 2.75G, it gives you faster internet than GPRS but slower than 3G and much slower than HSDPA which is 3.5G.
Its realy a mobile which i never hasitate to say that, this is the end of mobile phone modle . i think like this mobile i will never seen in history. One of mobile which name is XCute DV80 like that but its too better then all. Thanks
I think it's the best up till now. But if it costs too much I have to rethink buying it.
ri4, just compare the features of N70 and N95 than you will come to know that which one is smaller and lighter.
Don't know how so many people say you going to buy immediatley - maybe should hold up a bit - seems to me all the complex/smart phones have major problems when released. Nokia , SE, imate, all the brands really. P990i temporarily withdrawn from some markets, ditto other nokia phones having issues with battery life, all brands hanging up/freezing etc etc etc ad nauseum. Seems like not enough QA and too early release to market.
By the way, HSDPA means HIGH-SPEED DOWNLINK PACKET ACCESS.
you can read about it here:
Yes, it is a 3G phone. In the US, we have UMTS at 384kbps and HSDPA at up to 1.8Mbps the latter of course being the latest greatest known as 3.5G wireless.
Cingular's UMTS (3G Wireless)is decent so far with my O2 XDA Trion phone, however, I can't wait to see how good HSDPA is in US networks.
