Hi there mate! I got nothing much. Still got the usual stuffs TimeBar, Advanced Device Locks, NStarter, Remind Me!
For movies, I got Terminator II, Matrix I, Die Hard I, Bad Boy I, Gladiator, Assassins & The Negotiator!
For Games - Sensible Sudoku, Accelerinvaders, Snakes & SRE
ei looks like nobody can degrade us here (N95 8gb users)
maybe until something better comes...
but for now this is the best...
st_jorge may i know what are the applications you have in your mobilephone..
The choice is very simple buddy.
If you really want a balanced device and can live without xenon flash, go for N95 8GB. If you absolutely want xenon flash, N82. If you're touch screen die hard fans, W960.
There's no perfect device. Just choose the one you want. :-)
PS: Just my own opinion, if you absolutely want touch screen, you ARE going to compromise quite a lot like 5MP camera, GPS, VGA 30fps video shooting, and speedy GUI. Choose accordingly. :-)
FLASH DISK DRIVE(FDD) OR HARD DISK DRIVE(HDD)
I think I would I agree that N95-2 uses Flash Disk Drive instead of Hard Disk Drive. Just like USB Flash Disk using chipsets and software in storing data electronically! While HDD is in form of rotating mechanical disc with spindle. This is the reason why Nokia N91 is pretty much heavier!
Where cud i download d latest firmware? Ver 15.0.015
Pls teach me how.. I've got my phone a while ago tnx.
Respect Buddy!!! Respect!!! I am very grateful for your
quick response to my problem, I really appreciate that
a lot. Thanks a lot in advance. By the way, I am in London and the network carrier that I am looking to get the Nokia N95 8GB or Sony Ericsson W960i is Vodafone UK.
One more thing bro, what do you think of the Nokia N82??? Any good comparing it with the Nokia N95 8GB or the Sony Ericsson W960i!!!
Now I am stuck between the Nokia N95 8GB or the Sony Ericsson W960i and probably Nokia N82??? What would be your honest personal opinion on which one to go in for a long term use???
I will keep in touch, u are a real help!!! PLEASE
REPLY ME WITH AN ANSWER ASAP!!!
Yes, N95-2 comes with pre-installed Nokia Map. You can also install Google Map Freeware. But for Route66 it's a Shareware!
Watching movie with the onboard speaker isn't practical, as it's not enough to give even 50% of the true quality of a movie with good soundtrack. Oh the other hand, having the speakers on one side isn't practical as well, as anything can cover it and left only 1 speaker speaking. Moreover, videos captured by N95 8GB are all in mono, you don't need both speakers positioned in stereo.
To give the best result, get a headphone to watch movie, or else it'll be a waste for such a good phone. Think, if speakers can give good quality entertainment, ipod would have came with speakers already.
I see your point buddy! While it's true a better position for listening audio is in Portrait mode coz of the location of two speakers while viewing video is better in landscape mode! The effect of audio quality is very minimal and tolerable! And most likey you wouldn't even noticed the difference! hahaha! Cheers!
Mate, you're right! While Nokia & Google maps are FREE but when navigating the map you need to establish an ineternet connection to make a data transfer either with the use of wifi, 3G or GPRS! Data transfer are being charge in terms of kilobytes. Here in Phil Globe Network charges Php 0.15/KB
Buddy, check your email! Hope it would help in your choice! Good Luck!
N95 8GB is really the king of the king, most balanced all in one device ever made up to date.
No Xenon flash? No big deal, we've got music key large screen nice keypad loud speaker and bigger battery. Don't jeolous yo. ;-)
The Nokia N95 8GB uses internal flash memory not micro hard disk drives like the N91.
Does it have a micro drive/hard drive (HDD), or does it have flash memory?
I've heard the N95 8GB has a real HDD.
i would like to know only that whether n95 carries any gps map or not? coz i really travel from one city to another, and i need gps. so is there any fetures in 95 8gb some thing like gps mape route/?
Here is a comparison between the N95 8GB and N82:
