lol, jorge isnt right, i am not from western as you can see my slang + worst grammer. i stay in asia as well. i can tell you N82 is already release in my country. The price is USD600. For some of the mobile technical engineer i recognize, they told me n82 battery life is almost compatible with n73. but it isnt aspect as written in gsmarena...so i still mess with the battery part
I'm from Philippines. Huo on the other hand my wild guess is in USA. NO, Nokia N82 haven't reached the Philippines yet! Probably early quarter of 2008! For comaprison visit here http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone2=2177&idPhone1=2088 . For me, N95-2 offers better features than N82.Though N82 camera has Xenon Flash.
Thanks buddy! So N95-1 and N95-3 are almost identical! Few things I have noticed N95-3 uses BL-6F battery and operates WCDMA while N95-1 uses BL-5F battery and operates at GSM.
Therefore, N95 8GB black refers to N95-2.....THE KING! hahaha! LOL!
Please correct me if I'm wrong with these:
N95 Classic - refers to N95-1
N95 8GB - refers to N95-2
Then what is N95-3 ??? I'm a little bit confused! hahaha! LOL
Pal, you can get Google maps here as previously posted by HUO http://www.download.com/Google-Maps-for-Nokia-Symbian-S60/3000-2641_4-10776347.html?tag=lst-2
I bought my N95 8GB with already screen protector on it! Its a thin film with bluish tab! I haven't bought the Invisible shield yet! Regarding the use GPS, I think you're right...Google maps rendering image uses Internet connection! But like you said Google maps is better than Nokia maps...I agree with you! Sori pal, i haven't tried yet integrating GPS with google maps! i will try any these days! keep in touch buddy! thanks!
I am in the same situation, but if you compare the two phones, I guess it is not that hard to choose. N95 has memory card, but N95 8gb has 8gb of memory!! You will never be able to use a 8 gb memory card in a N 95. Then, N95 8gb has a larger screen and many, many features, a better slider mechanism ( I guess)then N95...
I've updated to the latest firmware version 11.0.026. The date & time screen saver is still in landscape mode. Haven't notice any difference/improvements in the latest firmware.
through your phone web browser go to the following link 'www.google.com/gmm'... follow instructions and download google maps

Anyone update their firmware? If so, please let me know how to download and result of it it. Thanks You.
w960 or n95 8gb?
in my own opinion the best choice is n95 8gb. for many reasons. like the cam, video recording, gps, good battery, 16m screen, its a symbian 3rd edition(lotsa software), very good design and its proven to be the king.
believe me i got mine 2 weeks ago and im enjoying the n95 8gb. touchscreens not important you'll just dirt the screen and not good for people driving..
if the battery is as good as you say 3-4 days . i think i shall purchase one off these handsets i would need it for when on location good for emails ..
Hey, N95 8 GB owners, please share with us if this cell came with any bugs or factory errors and sh*t like that. Because my K850i is full of bugs that piece of cr*p. The shutter won't even open now. Geez....
GSM Arena says we can use Nokia maps only. But Google maps is working fine on my n-95-2. I give half of the price I paid for this phone for its GPS functionality!
