will there be a nokia n95 8gb which is 3g supported by the U.S.? if anyone has the answer please let me know thanks.
Now this is the perfect phone. And no, if one has used the S60 OS since its inception like I do, you'll know why touch screen is not that important. For me the 'one handed operation' is ways more usefull. Actually I am tipping this very same message with my left hand, while taking notes from my land line. Yes,touch screen is nice if you have all the time in the world to play with it,but it 'uses' all your attention :(
Its about time I am all da way in da caribbean an everyday I have been waitin for this phone 2 start shipin nows its finally here. This so great then
the feature is very great.. hope that the battery is better than n95. but im wishing that rokr e7 will come true. the design is clearly more stylish than this phone.
its the best phone out there will all its features. really needs touch screen though..
Nokia started shipping these phones to the shops today so I think they will be out before the end of November :]
This GPS will be finnaly compatible with 3 apps? or the same shit as before?
For those of you who don't know how much this dark beauty costs, I can tell you that on some internet retailers in Finland the price varies between 723€ and 799€. I also know that a retailer in Belgium is selling the N95 8Gb for 775€. So there. The official source says that the price is 560€ before tax. Not a phone for those of us who are looking for a bargain :( p.s. Highly recommend the N 95 8Gb though.....:>
no memory card?? so how long will it take to get tha looooong movie onto this phone???? - a lot longer than it would take to use a card reader to do it I bet!!!
camera moaners - how often do you carry BOTH your phone AND a small camera, just for those unexpected shots???
Well...i have been using this cell phone from one month and i have found this to be the best phone. Its memory is incredible and Camera is also superb so i advise to take it and Enjoy...
They could put Touchscreen in the phone, I think they choose not to. Its not really a feature you get in the N series phones. If you want a touchscreen phone you have to look in the E series.
Which is my point really. At least compare the iPhone to an E series phone. It is like comparing a truck to a sports car - Yes the sports car looks nice and goes fast, but can it tow a trailor or haul concrete?
There is no such thing as the best phone, only the more suitable for you.
I have an N95 and its a fantastic phone so surely this phone just has to be even better. Don't compare it to the other 5MP cameras out there...this phone is in a league of its own.
nicksti, the N95 is great FOR A MOBILE PHONE.
However, I have to agree with you for a few things that you have mentioned. The N95 does have some flaws. I do agree that the N95 needs touch screen and optical zoom in its camera.
It is not impossible to put touch screen and optical zoom in the same phone anyway. The N93(i) had done it with the optical zoom. Now, it is time that Nokia comes up with a phone that has touch screen!
