For most parts of the world, it will take about 10 years before you can use the DVB-H feature of this phone. So don't waste your precious time and money for this phone.

nick, 08 May 2009haha, i own a samsung innov8, therefore my phone is better than yourshaha.. u wish ur phone is better.... i'm sure ur already tired taking pictures of ur face or taking videos! why not watch tv instead on your phone? haha.. u wish..!!

DVB-H is only available to few countries, supported by few operators and is currently restricted to urban areas only. I don't think there is greater than 1 percent of total N96 users who use DVB-H or who have even the slightest idea of what it is!

The 8MP... moreu dumb guy! just because u don't have dvb-h available in ur country ur already saying negative things about the phone! dvb-h is one of the best features a phone can have right now- IF U LIVE IN A COUNTRY WHICH ALLOWS IT USAGE.. i've used lots of phones before, the one's with the best cameras, music etc... but in time, u'l feel like bored listening to music or taking pictures...people never get tired of wathing tv right? what will u do to phones with 8MP? are you going to make a billboard?
i'm saying all these things because i believe n96 is fantastic... all you have to do is to research and make the most out of your phone

hi guys.. bought mine three days age.. i was able to get the v.20 firmware via the NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATER- this software automatically gets the latest software, which right now is the v.20.050.... my phone's version upon purchase was v.10..

i bought this phone 2 weeks ago!everything was running smoothly n fast,n my N96 is made from china i bought it in taiwan it was nokia dealer to!
my software is12043 version!
is thre any new firmware?i cant find it even i use nokiasoftwareupdate,its say that my phone is up to date!!so its there any new firmwarefor nokia n96?

The single ARM 11 on N86 is better than the dual ARM 9 on N96. The 8MP, 8GB, FM transmitter combined are better than the 16GB, DVB-H combined. The 2.6" OLED is better than the 2.8" TFT. N86 is a lot better than N96. Who needs DVB-H anyway? It's not free and it's not even available.

How could it be wrong? its working well...and doesnt shows any problem to me.my phone is full of stuff and running smooth

Or I am wrong? If I am wrong forgive me plz. The N97 is a failure, coz has a vey massive internal memory, and not too much CPU.

Sorry guys, but this phone is a failure in the internal memory stuff, the CPU is not too much, and that 16 Gb is big for that CPU!
