The camera quality is great! 5mega pixels and has 640x480 at 30fps video recording in mp4. Super camcorder
The screen is a 2.8" TFT LCD! Great 4 movies it comes with a free Transformers movie preloaded. Great quality!
The sound quality is the best in mobile devices!8 band EQ.
Its got 16gb of memory i hav no problem with it iv got 6gb left in myn. And its smooth.

pls all my dear i need final desicion i love the photo of the n96 & all nokia phones but i don't know the phone is very good or not some people say it's very bad and some erorrs happen with the software &............ really i don't know pls advice me any one work on this phone & test every thing & test the memory may be when full capacity make the phone restart & erorrs

use it now for 3 months, need to say this mobile is a great tool, very good quality and realy functional.Difficult to understand some peoples complains here

this phone is a piece of poo. i could make a better phone using my own tools. so many software problems, whats the point of having it if its going to be in for repair more than anything else. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE

All you need to... moreget a grip man, nokia's are known the world over 4 having software problems, especially n series!!!!!!!! features r very good but its all let down by the software. stay well away sec905 is a far better alternative,

About the music capabilities of the Nokia N96. This multimedia device is by far the best music phone iv eva tested. The sonic experience i get from ths device is extreamly clear and detailed! Its lows are rounded and profound very Good coz im a bassist (Bass -guitar) id realy love the way it reproduces the lowest note of the 6 string bass.
The mids are smooth a little distortion on a cappella music bt now aftar my firmware update from v10 2 v12its perfect !
The highs are superb!
1 thing i love about the N96 is that the lowder u crank up the volume the better it sounds!
Its got an 8 band EQ WICH WORKS! Stereo widning (useles 2 me bt myb nt 2 u) and a loudnes seting wich is gud ONLY when using headphones! The movie capabilities are endless!!!
This is a great multimedia device! Recomend 2 those who love their movies music tv and games! Not a gud texting device coz the keys a quite hard. My thumb is working out as i typ this! Hehehehehe! d(^;^)b
