This is the worst phone ever made by Nokia!!!!!
My brother was a big Nokia fan until he bought it. He is not a fan anymore. He smashed this phone to the wall, because the phones is EXTREAMLY slow, lagging and annoying. If you want yourself a heart attack from the constant nervousness this phone is coursing than buy it.
Nokia was a good manufacturer, but now it is a joke. This is their high-end device. You could buy better than this is the local Chinese shop.

the camera is not as good as sony erricson C905. the phones operating system gets slow sometimes n i dunno y.

ahhh guys for my question is actually funny for me coz this one is about the sensor of the unit ok i'll start. From the time i have my N96 i bought casing for it and i noticed that everytime i put inside my phone inside the casing my fone is being unlocked i don't know why, is it having a reaction about magnet coz the casing i bought the lock for it is magnet.
Any answer would be appreciated. Thanks

Dave H, 02 Jan 2009Had it now for 2 months, i find the operating system slow & a bit confusing, its crashed on m... moreThe sony u had is a good model as well..but i have a n95 and i will die with that phone,is very good .The n96 looks great but has the same specifications like mine like 80% the same...bigger screen but its the same...keep it but if it will meke u any more problemes go at a nokia service and reboot the phone system (symbian)maybe it will not crash any more.Take care dude !

Why is this battery soooooooooo poor? I love this phone but I think I will part ways unless one of you geniuses can pull a rabbit out of hat and suggest a solution that will prevent me from getting rid of the phone.

I have had this phone (unlocked) for nearly a week. I love the phone except for the poor battery. When the Nokia 5800 Tube is widely available, I'll get it. My battery is a BL 5F made is China. Is there another battery I can use for this phone that will last much longer? If so, please give the number. I've tried my N95 8 gig battery. It fits but the back wont close which is a shame. Is everybody having problems with their batteries? If not, what battery are you using. I am on the verge of changing this phone as I am completely frustrated. I had a Nokia N95 8gig before and the batter on this was tremendous so why have Nokia become losers providing us with cheap batteries that barely last a day? I don't make many calls or send out text messages but still my battery is poor?
