Battery Life & Freez, 30 Dec 2008Excellent phone but why is the battery so poor? I charge mine every other day. I had the N95 b... morei knw wat you mean...
i charge it evry 1,5 day...
i use it 4 music (mostly) constantly..
All you hav 2 do is update ur Firmware to v12 and it will last longer lyk myn....
use nokia pc suite updater cool and myn neva freezis and no restarts!!!!
i also want a spair bettery

Regarding it freezing, mine used to freeze when I bought it initially but the shop dealer told me simply to ensure all applications are closed down properly after usage. Check by looking at the menu and you will know what is open as you will see a blue circle on the right hand corner of the icon still opened. Also you can check via task manager to see what is open. This should stop all freezing. It did for me!!

bad material used on the body and finishing.... ver... moreYes it isnt well built 4 the price it demands...yet the functionality and implimentation of the arganomics hardware and software is nerly spot on....
I see wat nokia was trying 2 do with this device and i apretiate...they only mesd up the build quality...the rest is perfect...sound quality is super sonicly clear my ears a sharp and im so hapy with this im glad i ditched the iPod...the video quality is out of this world....

hate it!!!! Nokia didnt do well at all!!!

Not much of an upgrade from N95 8GB/N95 but if you're looking for dec... moreah pleasssssssss not the i8510...its sooooo unusable its frightening!!!!!! its bigger than the N96 heavyer no eye candy...the list is countless...no multimedia keys... and on and on...
The N96 was a beta choice 4 me....and i dnt regret....
I did back up my files...i still dnt see y N-Gage dosnt wana play....
The N96 isnt built good in terms of metearial used but the rest is perfact....

Good Phone on the whole. Not much of an upgrade from N95 8GB/N95 but if you're looking for decent compact phone with comprehensive office functions this is a pretty good buy. My other options would be X1 and Innov8. They are my best 3 picks for multimedia and business phones for 2008. Decent camera, multimedia options, push mails, office document viewer, wi-fi, 3.5G and GPS.

I updated the software of my phone N96,to version 12,the switch icon for connection doesn't work!!! Try it.

this is very expensive dont buy it because there is not spesial function in it.if you want to buy n series then buy n73or n95

Kenzo, 20 Dec 2008Thanx yet i knew that alredy and the latest firmware is available 4 my device....all i wanted ... moreyou can make a back up to your memory card or in your pc using pc suite. but when i update mine, did not loose anything.. dead pixel?? you might aswell bring it to nokia care center..
