This phone is absolute rubbish! Just like the n95....keeps freezing..not recognising the sim...battery life is shockingly bad!! returned the phone after just 2 weeks!

wowo wow wow wow wowwwwwwwwwwwwww nokia n96 is best choice for users who love best sound quality.in рефв phones it broke even i8510 and is much better than iphone and ipod.

Chineseeeeeeeee its the worest mobile i ever seen, the battary dosnt hold for a day & half & the mob. restart many times & it seems normal while any one calls told him the mob. is closed So i have to restart it, finally its a very bad mob. if any one wants to buy it i suggest I phone 3G from apple i think its more better than this.

well, to be honest this is a neat phone... with all the stuff u ever wanted packed into one compact package.... but the only problem is the price... kind of overpriced and it is heavy!! slipping this phone into a movie theater would be a problem, and it will take u a while to convince the security people that its just a phone and not a camera.... the slider is a problem cuz it slides both ways... again too costly!!

i use now N96 iz a GOOD PHONE 3days now,so people I am a great fan of nokia,no problem with 16GB microSD Card i got 14GB Mp3 198kbps (2723 songs) in F:microSD Card,1,9GB Free and in E:Mass Memory,i got 58 Video Clips right now 12,7GB Free and the C:Phone Memory 59.4MB Free. THE PHONE IS GOOD the way u use it....

could any1 please tell me the difference between the "made in china" n96 and the "made in finland" cause i am going to buy 1 after 2 days and the finland one seems to be out of stock soon,if they r the same i would buy the chinese n96, if there is a diff. i would try hardly to buy the Finland n96, contact me at kingmedo95@gmail.com , i really apreciate it and thnx for help...... :)

This phone...same as all other Nokia phone SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!! I just dont get it...user interface is all the same on every Nokia phone. SOOOOOOOOO BORING!!!!

Oh,GSMArena,N96 has a 3D HW Accclerator (all N9X Nokia phone has one) and a DSP chipset that permits a improved performance on audio,video,graphics and battery life (that,at actially [I don't know how to write this],is better than the N95 8GB one in this features).

try this hard reset code *#7370#...
if it dosnt work then update ur firmware via nokia PC suit....instaul the PC suit cd then folow the pC instructions....

*3 & call botton th... moreThanks for the replay , I just tried what you told me , hold *3and Call and than swich on in the same time , and keep holding till nokia logo shows up , but it comes up once and than the phone light goes on and off few times and that's it

just upgrade your phones firmware by nokia software updater or by pressing *#0000# .*****Please backup all things in nokia pc suite before the upgrading*****.

Nseries Rocks, 09 Dec 2008Hey guys, is the touch sensitive Navi Wheel enabled in the new firmware? Pls reply anyone who ... morenope!no touch sensitive naviwheel.it is still a touch button wheel.it always has been.i think the prototype as i heard was a touch sensitive wheel.it wont depend on the firmware anymore coz its a hardware issue i think.anyways what i want them to fix are the faults of the n96!!!im glad they did have another firmware upgrade and ihope this time id be happy with my unit without the hanging.sigh :D despite it all i still love this fone. :D
