Definetly just a new royal dress plus little more jewellary Nokia always used to be of superb construction and way ahead of everyone but standard has dropped probably king needs new apprentes with fresh brains not brans or sleep like motorola

I had N96 for nearly four weeks. Problem after problem . Worst of all - terrible reception. What is the point of a state of the art phone you can't use?
Swaped itfor an htc tytn11 and not looked back.
Ok no flash and only 3mp camera . Only 3mp?--who do I think I am-David Bailey???That's good enough for mms and snapshots.
But I DO get excellent reception, hsdpa most of the time.A bit of a 'strange' phone at first, but once you realise you are holding a computer in your hands, and get your head round the windows operating system then you can't put it down. Brilliant. Always loved nokia's but they have shot themselves in the foot with this one < and their custoners in the wallet>.Suggest you look at htc as an alternatiive to the N96 if you are unhappy.

iolo003, 08 Nov 2008samsung innov8 is so Nokish, tried to copy Nokia but cannot emulate it.you say "samsung innov8 is very noki(a)sh". how come? look at the design. it's very much samsung! and even in features, innov8 is samsung in and out. there is no single nokia phone that has 8mp camera, 120fps video record, dnse audio technology, divx plugin, optical mouse, 450mhz processor... so how come did u say innov8 is very noki(a)sh?

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Dude, half your facts are wrong. I8510 uses a TI OMAP 450mhz processor. It has a bigger battery, but battery life is the same as n96 (check smape.com + user opinions).
Why dont you post those facts of yours in the i8510 forum? They are not needed here.

Worst handset i have ever used, freezes, turns off itself, changes ringtones by itself, is as slow as a week in the jail!
Stay well away from this phone!
Also stay well clear of Vodafone with this handset as their customer service is a disgrace, they wont help you at all and the continue selling such a hopeless handset! Im putting it back in box and in desk drawer, never using it again!

On voda,ce... morehey guys i work 4 mtn the N96 is a gr8 phone the iphone not even close and mtn got the N96 on contract for R489 per mounth+R350 anytime airtime with no extra cost and you recieve the ultimate N96 with no cli, itemise billing include and no sim and connection fee and we deliver within 10 dayz, hows that?
