n96 is the best phone in the market.. stop comparing it with the xperia because it's a pda while this is a smartphone.. even so n96 has every feature you can imagine, while xperia has some features missing(DVB-H TV broadcast receiver, 5mb pixels, 16gb,3.5 mm audio output jack, TV out)

why do some people like touch screen so much? they are really uncomfortable to use..nokia did the right thing by placing their money on ergonomics and well designed keypad..and since ergonomics is nokia's forte, i don't think they r very keen on touchscreens, but they'll still make them because of the modern trend where competition is churning out touchscreen products like crazy

your w960 is way better than this n96 but i suggest you upgrade it with an xperia.

lol nokia wid touchscreen? looooool. just look at how buggy these nseries are. imagine nokia releasing a touchscreen device it is gona be way to buggy n next fing u knw boom dey stop making firmare upgrades like dey did wid da expensive n93 n93i.
touchscreen new to nokia. its old news to se, samsung,lg. nokia behind lol.. se X1 amaing windows mobile 6.1 pro. ull see Nokia copying se ideas n implementing Microsoft OS into there touchscreen devices soon. SE X1 is gona be a hit just imagine all dem microsoft lovers who would want there hands on Windows Mobile 6.1.

There are rumours that NOKIA will release a touchscreen phone after the N96...
You'll regret it if after 4-6 months buying N96, NOKIA releases a High-End touchscreen phone...
I would like to buy this phone, but i'll stick wit ma W960i till the end of this year.

The more features you have the more power it drains to the battery. Sometimes its better to have a separate MP3 player, a camera and mobile phone.

cool phone but it is much better when the color is silver!!! Nokia should make other colors for this phone like silver....coolest phone

it is a excelant phone all the good features and much much more .... real value for the money .... i just think nokia could of done better with the design of the phone it looks too much like the n81 and a phone with this features shuld have a unique design ... but lovly phone on the hole

you're too good to notice the 3mm difference in the dimensions of n96 compared to n95 but did you notice the additional 5grams in its weight?
16gigabyte is a real improvement but with a weak battery and proccessor,unstable & unreliable OS everything in its package is a BIG JOKE!

i hate to say this but at this moment, Nokia is really improving on its offerings. Its obvious that this handset is an upgrade from the previous N95.
Improvement includes the more sleek and sexy external appearance, double the capacity of the memory and other cool features.
Now i wonder what the SE teams are doing? Are they just giving up and offer only entry level phones with bare bone features. I once admire SE because of their features but now, they're not improving.
