I have to agree pertaining to that battery. It was one of the reasons I did not like the N95, here I am doing everything I want to do on my phone, and my battery only lasts less than 3 to 4 and a half hours from heavy usage. It also seems to me that performance on that thing is slow. Flipping through menus and applications was a unpleasant experience, it took the camera a few seconds to snap a photo. And my biggest complaint next to the crap they'd call a battery is the there's no QWERTY keyboard it. This made the web browsing dull and difficult, especially since I was coming from a phone with QWERTY. All this aside, the N95 was a pretty good device. It just wasn't my style. Now the iPhone, thats my style. Its much better to me in terms of what I want out of a phone. Though the N95 is no slouch. I'm also sure this N96 will be a great addition to Nokia's N Series line up. Just adress these battery issues and put some more powerful processing capabilities behind it.

wow nokia, I hear they have ppl out there that can design something different. Make phones a bit different, and maybe use a battery that last's half the life of my K800!!

I would get a nokia if i didnt see soooooo many come back through my phone store with ELF, or ppl complaining that their batt's last half a day...... My SE sales half tripled!!! Thanks Nokia ;-)

Nokia is either retarded or ignorant. Why would you make a phone with all this features then power it with a low end battery? Calling it a multi media computer bla bla bla with some crappy battery just makes this phone a worthless piece of crap. Get your acts together Nokia. To be the multi media computer that you want the N96 to be, you need to step it up some more.Add a high capacity battery, a touch screen, an office editor and the same N82 camera features and this phone would be unbeatable.

nah,what the differences between n95 and n96?
just a 16Gb capacity and no improvement in camera? still LED lights?
and how about the battery life?
i prefer n82 that comes with xenon flash and longer battery life
