anan, 21 Aug 2009Yes a £5 nokia HAs 7.2Mbps HSDPA? & Vs Nokia N97 at around £500, thats a Saving of £495Which £5 Nokia has 7.2Mbps HSDPA?
Actually which current Nokia has 7.2Mbps HSDPA?
Which three year old phone has 7.2Mbps HSDPA?
Spending £500 or so on the N97 is Like Buying a Banana for £20, just nokia trying to cash in on you all punters, Not Worth the Money.
Yet another Touch screen Mobile that Try's to copy the iphone, after using the N97 for about 30 minutes i was bored allready, Nothing will beat an Iphone for Touch screen Experiance, as for the Camera, No mobile is Good as a Real Digital Camera. Well my Opinion is Dont wast your Money.

I was wondering if anyone knew how to make the wireless connection set as default ?
... more1. Open Options>Settings>Connectivity>Destinations.
2. Open Internet
Now can you see your Wi-Fi? if yes go to step 5 otherwise press Options.
3. Select New access point and let your N97 detect your Wi-Fi network.
4. select your wi-fi network (do not go inside it).
5. select Options>Organise>change priority
6. place it on the top by drag & drop method.

...that "streets ahead" comment is looking rather out of character for someone who goes to MIT, standards must have really slipped there, next you'll be telling us that a PIII is "streets ahead" of a core 2 duo..
Hey the N97 cuts a 128x640 strip off VGA and calls it nVGA widescreen...
Well everybody is talking about N97 vs iPhone. Let me first introduce myself, I'm Sean from Massachusetts. Well I'm a 4th year student of Massachusetts institute of technology. Me along with my friends have tested both these phones and we have found out that the N97 is streets ahead of the new iPhone. The only fault that the N97 has is it's operating system runs on Symbian S60. The N97 will be very hard to beat if it's operating system was running on Windows Professional. So there is no doubt when it comes to N97 vs iPhone that who's in the lead.
This phone has good, compact hardware design, but the software is terrible. Nokia is notorious for its buggy software.
