About C series, the C could mean multimedia computers, or camera phones. I rad Nokia could announce their first 12MP camera phone there, or if they won't we have to wait till February, to Mobile World Congress. We will see the surprizes right? :)

can any body tell me that its flip is ok or it becomes loose after sometime ????
oh, one more thing: could somebody recommend a good safe symbian forum to get apps and movies for the n97 in general, and Skyscape cracked programs (Medicine) specifically?
Thank you ever so much!
Had my n 97 for a week. i tried it all over, opened every file and program. Updated it first thing i got it, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!!.
The only issue which is not an issue actually its just that u have to get used to it is the maps part, abit less user friendly than tomtom; other than that AWESOME. very happy, touch wood :)
its an amazing device, very responsive, never froze so far although been over loaded.
I think all that hustle about processors and rams are just BS. Camera lens scratches: 0 (daily use, very frequent).

Eseries touch with metal cover :)
xseries and cseries
n900 Internet tablet with 3g
n98 touch build on the n97!
Wow, some of it may be true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anonymous, 03 Aug 2009it is the best phone period
True man true but u cant deny it still has some software issues that needs to be resolved a.s.a.p by NOKIA.
the advantage is that the issues r software ...
concerning the camera lense thing well mine is not scratched at all and i have been taking pic since the day i got it...
for the ones facing this issue Nokia will surely cover it on the warranty.
Just like when the E90 had some hardware issues it was all covered on the warranty.
so on all cases the customer has nothing to worry about in this phone.
but if u got this phone from the grey market oh well then this is your fault and not Nokia's.
N97 is an excellent phone so plz u guys stop saying its not...
the ones that r asking if they buy this phone, i say go 4 it you wont regret it at all.
keepmetal, 02 Aug 2009i buy this phone 10 days ago and im sure gonna sell this phone end of aug... i like the styl... moreThere is nothing wrong with nokia. The problem ls the software of the N series and i mean all of the N series. It reboots by itself, you get mesages stating that you have received miss calls only to know that your phone did not ring. The camera either start by itself or the application close by itself. The gprs is a load of crap, running around like a crazy person to get signal. To open the gallery it takes plus minus 30 seconds aswell other applications. The ram is to small and that is why the N series cant cope. Dont let me start with viruses even though you have antivirus software on the phone. Think carefull nokia cause samsung and sony erricson have really picked up there pase
Had my N97 for about 3 weeks now. Absolutely no problems at all - think it froze only once, am loving it!!!!
The ONLY issue that i'm experiencing is a slight rattle when shaking the phone. I dont know if there are other users experiencing the same issue - apparently according to some other threads on websites, this could either be the lock slider on the side, or the screen cable. The rattle seems to disappear when sliding the keyboard out.
If anyone is experiencing the same issue, please let me know if its worth exchanging the phone for a new one, or if this is something on most N97?
Anonymous, 03 Aug 2009dear there is lens cover to protect camera lens then how can be scratches on lens?Because the protector itself causes the damage to the lens. When you slide it out each time to take photos, the lens protector scratches the lens because its placed too close to the actual lens. A defect by Nokia.
N97 took a beating from others in this forum and hardly can punch back now. Even some defenders of N97 are gone. Hi Micuzhi.. Allan.. where are you running now? They're too must have been let down by Nokia. Good design without deep specs is like pretty girl withour brain. You like them at instant but get bored soon enough after. Come on Nokia.. as much as we need nice body of N97, we're also need some IQ inside. Please!!
With regards to the camera lense scratching issue, I just cut out a small piece of a screen protector that I have purchased and put it over the camera lense. That seems to protect the lense nicely. Even if minor scratches appear, I just cut out another piece and replace the existing one.
