this is the best best handset i have ever seen i love this phone from nokia
Things I concern about N97:
1. Build quality
2. Loud Speaker
3. Scratch-resistant plastic body(i hate buying accessories to protect it from being scratched, a lot of iphone users buy it, that will make it ugly in it)
4,sound quality of music player is good ? especially for AAC 192kbps?
5.if the screen is scratched, can i replace it with a new plastic screen at nokia care center?
I'm looking at buying the n97. If the price is right, I'll be buying 5. Yes 5 n97 of course if it is what it
is made out to be. Most people do not compare specs to buy the highest spec phone. instead we look at what we want in a phone and narrow down the range to choose from by elimination. To have a large screen and solid qwerty will eliminate most competitors down to a handful at least for the moment. Include tv and agps, will almost eliminate all others. Add ease of use and after sale support and n97 wins hand down.
at the rate technology changes we will soon see production of 2terabyte sd cards and Sharp is trying to perfect the motion sensing tech were you wont need a touch screen or voice recognition/voice command. I'm sure Nokia is already experimenting wit motion sensing tech as for Sony and Samsung they need to perfect the tech, even Apple bought a patent for a motion sensing glove.
It doesnt seem too innovative. All this looks like is sometime HTC has done for the last 2 or 3 years plus the Symbian operating system. Sure there is the better camera and a slicker design, but the feature set is almost identical. Personally, Im not too excited. Ill probably still stick with my Tilt until some true innovation comes out.
aa, 10 Apr 2009apple acts like they invent touch screen and multitouch..
they want to monopolize the mobile ... moreNow we really know that apple is a company of theives
stealing and paying off people to hush up
ei. LG prada
the multitouch apple claimed they own
and there was another which had
the UI layout that was stolen from some guy that apple is using for there iphone OS
i'll put the link when i find it
what a sad company they are they really should of never started a mobile phone war with big phone companies
cause the numbers are adding up and apple is loosing cause the FAD they lived off of is faiding away fast XD
Nokia codename "Nautilus"
A super thin multitouch mobile phone that has a nifty sensor used to extend or withdraw the keyboard. The keypad is so thin that "when it slides out, the keys actually rise for easier typing". Futuristic isn't it?
New Nokia Internet Tablet
Has a 4.2-inch touchscreen and a slide-out keyboard. The mobile tablet will be introduced in the fourth quarter before Christmas.
3 More touchscreen device to be introduce this fall. It could be Nokia "Aeon", Nokia "Superman" or the E97 Envelop, etc.
Who knows c", The battle leaves on!!

Anonymous, 09 Apr 2009It may also be 64 GB Cards too.. 96 GB, yehey!
Eventually, N98 comes out with 64 GB internal ... more32GB is the limit for memory cards unless they come up with a new way to format them which will make them incompatible with old devices.
The Specifications are True.. Nokia has come up with such a gadget. but only disappointment is.. its expensive.. Nokia should discount its price to 10% to 15% of its current price. In Such a global recession, I feel it is bit expenses for the time..
