MK, 11 Feb 2011Im thincking obout sell my n95 8Gb an buy N97. Is that clever?yes
n97 is suck.!! i already have n 95 8gb for 2 years,n it work same good as i bought it 2 years ago..
its a fantastic cellphone however, is it going to give problems if its dual sim
it is the best phone i have ever had.before i had nokia's other models bt i have found nokia n81 n n97 the best one.its keyboard slide is very nicely managed and buttons are having a little gap which makes typing very easy.it has touch system so it is best for internet and also normal use.you can save time and can do your work in minutes instead of hours.your hands will no more get tired of typing.if you wana enjoy chatting and other things ,,,,bringggg 1 n onlyyy n97,the best oneeee....
nokia is better then all other phones.
and n97 having a different type of slide which i like the most,
because this phone is also having a "qwerty" keyboard with its touch screen.
so i advise you to always use nokia and get lost in web and other features of it,
if u truly want to enjoy the nokia n97,get a custom firmware installed on it.prefarably hegazy ultimate v6.0 thats what i am currently using now and its what i am usin to post this.since i installed it over a while now no problems at all.havent had any issue with it.u can really multitask with out any memory wanings.i would have told u where to get it but i dnt know if its allowed here.all the same just google it.i dnt think i am ready to change any phone now or anytime soon.maybe the phone casin, but not the phone.lol
it's not all that is claimed of it to be, NOKIA made a flop with this one & kindly need to accept it.
at first im using this phone, i get frustated coz it slow n get freeze often. But after i observe it more i found there is a lot of applications running at background without notice such as contacts, clock, massaging, ovi store, n some kind application named APIbridge or else i forgot. After i close it all, walah.. My phone get it speed increased 50% n recovering free RAM for 52 Mb. Since then i know how to use this phone, less more trouble n i got speed as fast i desire. i love it very much
I have been the unfortunate owner of a n97 for a year now. Two of them in fact. The replaced one is just as bad as the first. I have always been a fond user of Nokia but think that Nokia has made a few mistakes with this phone. I am back using my old trustworthy brick the E 90 , the most reliable phone I have ever had.
The N 97 continuously locks up and stalls. The link to my computer always gives hassles and it seems to battle linking up to the car phone, a nokia product. My phones are always kept in good shape, never dropped and kept in pouches. I never surf on dodgy sites and use the phone mainly for work. This phone in my opinion has been a total failure and a waist of productive time.
If you are a business user, look at another option. This phone will trust frustrate you. If you want drama in your life, watch a soap or get an N97...
dear vijay!what u want?a mobile or entertaining toy?N97 is cell phone not a kid toy what u want idiot?play song during games and recieve calls oh uhh what a kid ur?its mobile dear u have no idea how to use n97 mobile.go and buy china mobile.dont comment again u idiot its smart fone not a toy for idiot kid.go and stop using n97 and pick china made.u such a uuuhhhhhh.
this is the worst high end phone i've ever used!!!!! The d pad stops working after a year's usage, the volume keys dont respond after 8 months... The side lock breaks after normal usage for 10 months.... And though nokia supports "multi tasking", the phone switches off if you use 3 apps simultaeneously, like say, listening to songs and playing a java game and receiving a message... I've formatted it 4 times and the speed still remains slow... And crashes a lot... And you know what response you get from customer care if you want to fix it??? Its a hardware issue sir, you'll have to pay 250 dollars for repairing it, and there's no guarentee it'll not happen again because of the symbian os...
