vinay, 13 Mar 2009ya n97 kill all phonesApart from all the phone's with better camera's, touchscreens, operating systems, processors and a lot of other things that outclass this piece of hyped up junk that was announced months ago and still has months to go until it's released.
E.g. Samsung i8910 Omnia HD- capacitive amoled touchscreen with the same resolution, 8 megapixel camera, HD video recording with hdmi video output, the same OS so will run the same software plays DIVX right out of the box and will be ready to buy next month.
Poor old Nokia, losing the technology race before they began.

Anonymous, 12 Mar 2009i wonder why NOKIA don't wanna release the speed of the cpu and product page at nokia and n-seriesTo be frank, price is formed largely to supply and demand, no matter what the initial cost to produce the goods. Case in point, Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 in Indonesia now priced at around US$550, whereas in the US, I believe it's still hanging around US$800... Why? Because suffice to say the mainstream market here doesn't know how to properly utilized Winmo.
Nokia knew N97 will sell like hotcakes as evidence from the 5800 XM. In fact, N97 IS super 5800 XM. I'll probably trade my Xperia X1 with N97 when it launched here in Indonesia, but I'm holding my breath for reasonable price. I bought 5800 XM for my wife at launch day and it turns out 1 month later the price has dropped 15%.
i can't wait
