Let's make this puppy fly shall we?
"3. What is the warranty period of Nokia products?
The warranty period starts at the time of Product's original purchase by the first end-user. The Product may consist of several different parts and different parts may be covered by a different warranty period (hereinafter "Warranty Period"). The different Warranty Periods are:
* twelve (12) months for the mobile device and accessories (whether included in the mobile device sales package or sold separately) other than the consumable parts and accessories listed in (b) and (c) below;
* six (6) months for the following consumable parts and accessories: batteries, chargers, desk stands, headsets, cables and covers; and
* ninety (90) days for the media on which any software is provided,e.g. CD-rom, memory card."
I suggest you read the fine print.

The Nokia's sold in Australia have 12 months warranty on the Handset and 6 months warranty on accessories, if you buy a genuine Nokia accessory it states on the packaging 6 months warranty.

Anonymous, 03 Jan 2009So is that why N95 backs fall apart, the batteries are rubbish so you have to change them all ... moreDude, have you heard about economy? It's normal for a product to wreck. That means you have to buy another. And so...
Dani, 03 Jan 2009I personally think Nokia's are the MOST Hyped out of all the Brands!Nokia has been working years for that name that they have i really don't think hype has anything to do with the quality, features,UI and model they really worked hard for there name man not like apple
WTF are Nokia thinking about? The features are all the same with N96 (except the touchscreen)! In my opinion, Nokia is getting worse.
it is not better than iphone but its better alternativa to iphone 3g in the world.100%%%%%%%%%%%%
Anonymous, 03 Jan 2009Oh yes this phone it can do C,CC+ pyPhone and other stuff, question is, have you got bolls for... moreIt can do C++ or C? Really?
I see.. How about 3D modelling?
I really wish to see how u do C++ programming with it and compile the code with it.
This phone can never replace a computer man.
so as Xperia and other phone in the market.
In future, maybe yes.
Anonymous, 03 Jan 2009So is that why N95 backs fall apart, the batteries are rubbish so you have to change them all ... moreYes there was a problem with the back cover, replaced it and just have to be more careful. The post i was replying to earlier was regarding having more features on a phone.
This being my only issue since the n95 was released, that's pretty good!
Every time someone shows me his iphone, I show them my xenon equipped 5 mp sharpshooter with 16GB microSD card, the silver star, my N82. And it doesn't take long for the applehead to stick his phone in his pocket and talk about going fishing with his friends.
I'll rephrase that. The battery on the iphone is no better than the n95!
Anonymous, 03 Jan 2009If your battery is fine why do you have to keep changing it all the time?Who says i change it all the time? I rarely change it. Only for a day, when i forget and leave wi fi scanning on or if i do a lot of video recording at a concert, which of course you can't do with the iphone. Oh and camcorders aren't allowed at concerts.
The battery on the iphone is no beeter than the n95.
When your battery won't charge anymore, you can lose your phone to apple for a battery change!
Anonymous, 03 Jan 2009Every time some guy shows me an N95 8GB I show them the 12GB of music I've got on my iPhone. And if you showed me the 12 gigs of music on your iphone I'd have to show you the 98GB of music on my ipod, along with the 7 on my iphone lol
