helo, about the lag. will it make a difference if i use a High-speed MMC.(80x or higher/faster) rather than the normal one. and what's the largest MMC size i can use on the QD. i ask around and they say 256MB is the largest i can use...

There is a site i heard before if im not mistaken, that skin launcher will cause errors to the fone esp the Symbian series 60 (Nokia 3650, 3660, N-gage). It is for symbian series 70 (Nokia 6600, 7610). Guess ya need to uninstall it.

i went to the n-gage.com.. and i d/l something called the skin launcher.. what is it?? i install it and i don't see any differences in my phone

The more files is available at the card, the greater the lag. Guess ya need to backup your important files.. Format the card and copy it back.. That's the only way i guess..

i just bought my ngage qd for almost one weeks... not a bad phone... except that i get a few lags during game play and .. once or twice occasional 'can't read memory card and a sec later .. memory card inserted'..

The QD's a great phone. I bought mine about a month ago and i still love it.
it's got the best speaker there is, totally outmatching others like the 6600, etc.
the 3D games are amazing...
but, unfortunately, there's no MP3 player, and no themes. if you really want a cool(and free)
music player then search google for 'OGGPLAY'.
you can also use themes on the QD using the application called 'SMART-LAUNCHER'.
but i kinda like the QD's boring appearance.

i still dont get it, u can find a good FM radio thru internets. the QD is better than the old in all sorts. Hot swap as u can swap around ur mmc card like 3 secs? while the old one is very clumsy meaning u have to take out the batteries,then the mmc tats really sux. u can only hope for the best gaming portable yet from nokia >.< they might do it for the sake of all featured smartphone nowadays

Great fone.. Love the games especially wwe aftershock.. I would like to ask something. Should i get another Qd for backup just in case this one is damaged in the future physically and in its software got corrupted? Is that a good idea?

aside from slide phones i really preserve for some two handed phone like this. please motorola , siemens , panasonic and etc. make some phone like this!!! beacause i really love video games

I m using Nokia N-Gage game deck it is better the this as it dont have radio and it is more in weight.tnx

i think n gage shud make the following new games: star wars 3 revenge of sith using splinter cell's 3d engine, red alert as strategy game , final fantasy 7 as a rpg wonderful game , digimon world? lol for kids ,medal of honor .... tats wat i recommend btw ogg players come on! use ultra mp3 player! ask ur frens or try using p2p programs like Ares search and download! enjOY!
