What do want for that much money? A Note 3, Galaxy 5 or Xperia Z2? If you don't have that much of money to buy that powerful of a device, don't complain.

It is a very very good mobile in this price range.it may not be good in high range. But i think it is the best mobile under 8000rs.It's best thing is Nokia here map which is an offline map.i love it.and which reputed mobile company give you 4inch IPS LCD touch screen in this range.and camera also good according to it's price.Don't compare this mobile with midrange mobiles.if you want to compare then you may compare with Samsung galaxy young.both are same price under.
