AnonD-32995, 15 Apr 2014Sorry Bro, Nokia X is 100% Android just minus some not very much used Preinstalled-Apps, and I... moremr. Rana your are only one person who told it is 100% android. Even nokia told its not fully android it is window based android and only 75% android apps it supports. Yes we can download from third party apps but only of 75%.. Main draw back no front camera.. Low ram 512 mb.
I think you are new in android mobile. I was using android from last three years..

I would have been a big hit if Nokia added an led flash or front camera.
Also it is a bit overpriced compared to the current phones specs.

AnonD-32995, 15 Apr 2014I tried multi-tasking thru fastlane and it works OKFastlane is to Multitask but Nojia forget a key part about multitasking in Nokia X. (or perhaps they did this on purpose).
Example: If I am in Sms, and I copy a text and now I want to paste that text to Facebook app, which I have open previously, how do I go there? I will go to Home screen by long press the back button. From there I will swipe left or right to Fastlane and then I goto Facebook.
Now I do these kind of things a lot so it is really irritating and not functional for me. So I needed to find a better option until Nokia fix it properly.
I have video to show it but gsmarena not letting me post urls anymore.

Nokia X is no Symbian. It is all Android and just like a friend said it is missing Google apps and that's all about it.
I am using Launcher8 on my Android Phones (I have a copule of them, and 3 Android tablets too) but it doesn't make any of my Android phones a WindowsPhone. With it My Nokia X works same as my other regular Android phone.

1. All previous models of Nokia (S30, 40 or 60) are provided with Auto-answer facility on Hands-free (Wired or Wire-less) but not a single Android model provide this facility in default, (although can be obtained with third party app. same is the case with Nokia X (with slight difference that app is not supporting Bluetooth Hands-free)
2. All Apps available for other Android models are running on Nokia X no matter from which source obtained.

it is possible to install the Google Play store on the Nokia X through rooting. This means giving the user root permission on the phone. By rooting a device you can run apps that require access to certain system settings, and the ability to flash custom ROMs to the phone, which can actually add extra features. after reading lots of comments and even my own brother having this phone .. i can say it is a faliure . i was a big fan of nokia but two years back when i saw now it is the world of android then i moved to samsung. but still was waiting to nokia to launch android mobile..
but when nokia launch this useless mobile i got surprised. why nokia is making mistake
to launch this mobile..
its price should be not more than 3500 rs.(50$). because now things have been changed. everybody is aware and knows how to and where to spend his hard earn money. now there are so many superb mobile in such price and giving rich experience.
if it launch in 2010 then i can say it is good mobile. now big 5" full hd having kitkat versions mobiles available in 10000 rs. then why people go for this.
nokia i am very sorry to say it is third class mobile.
average screen resolution, only 512 mb ram, not fully android experience, touch is not senstive, battery is average, not good body. cheap looking. old android version. cant play popular games, not google play store. not supporting too much applications.
only one big thing is it is with the big name of nokia. but nokia cant make fool anymore to people..
anyway well try nokia.. but now i am not even think to buy nokia products ... bye bye nokia

i nokia x is not fully android.. its like upgraded symbian os.. coz the function of nokia x is exactly same of my symbian os nokia phone... the different is nokia x got 4 inch screen...
