guys generally do u recommend this phone?
I've been waiting long time for nokia to release android phones coz I don't want to get something other than nokia but
dowes it support whatsApp, Viber, youtube and other popular apps? is it annoyng to replace google aps with some other apps?

I am using nokia x for last 5 days. My fresh comments are. Nokia x is a good internet and good sound and good battery phone. As far as apps it is not apple and google phone. In this price it is good phone. But still in the long run nokia need full android like sony or samsung to survive. The power of google is mainly google maps with gps and 1 gb ram. People are buying nokia x the way i bough but still nokia need exact copy of Sony xperia M to come back other wise Nokia X is a temporary solution. This comments are hard but this is reality. Google is eating every thing and who ever is friend of google will get the cake other wise life will become hard.

Nokia x gud phone...with almost 90percent of andorid apps running....
the nokia is better option because it gives long life to mobile.....but samsung will become complaints after 2 year.....

Touch and camera is gd but software is zero
it hang when android apps r running not gd wait for another model

U'r comparing IEM and EarBud; definitely IEM should produce higher sound volume because it's inserted in the ear.
It's not clear what headphone did he/she use. Impedance (scaled on Ohm) should also has some role on producing sound volume. Should no amplification needed if the can is 16 Ohm or less.

hey guys its not an android phone instead it is capable of running android apps in it...these x series phones such as x,x+,xl runs on x platform and not on android.....if you dont believe me click this link http://www.nokia.com/in-en/phones/phone/nokia-x/specifications/ and you will find it in (Software platform & User Interface)

Anonymous, 27 Mar 2014is there any option to increase volume level in head phone. I am using sony head phones, small type which goes inside ear. I have dandruff problem inside ears. Sony make two type head phones one is plate type and one is small round tube type which goes deep in ear. Also make sure that your hearing is not week. Sound of Nokia X is less than sony or regular phones but it is not that low that you can not hear. On sony phones i use 60 percent volume on nokia X i am using 80 to 90 percent but still not 100 percent.

Nokia first android phone..... Its awesome and features are also good... but there should be a Xbox also in nokia X.... I love the Nokia X cell.... Awesomeee....

yes... i highly suggest to use AKG model K315... using this headset, you will be able to increase more volume using this headset's volume adjustment feature...
