I used this phone for a week and returned it back as its heating up. when I do multitasking, when the internet is on it heats up. thats the main drawback. I returned back and got a new one(now in Red) and the same problem persisits. I am music lover. the sound quality of this phone is excellent when a audio file is played out loud. but if we hear it through speakers, the audio out put is only 75%. I suggest a test, you can do it on your device. try playing any song in FM radio and listen to it. and now listen to any song in music player. the output is not that good. I made this test with Sanheiser earphones. when you are travelling you cant even hear the sound through earphones. connect your phone to 2.1 or 5.1 speakers and try listening to music. Nokia X reveals its true colors. If this comment can be taken seriously and Nokia fixes this problem. this is the best device which we can go for. and apps like Hangouts, hdfc, Candy crush saga are not supported by this device this time. we have to wait for them. the second phone I returned it back. if Nokia fixes this music player software in the next version and upcoming models RAM is not a big problem. I dont know why this device heats up so bad. It makes you leave with sweat hands for sure.

I've been waiting long time for nokia to release android phones coz I don't want to get something other than nokia but
dowes it support whatsApp, Viber, youtube and other popular apps? is it annoyng to replace google aps with some other apps?

I am using nokia x for last 5 days. My fresh comments are. Nokia x is a good internet and good sound and good battery phone. As far as apps it is not apple and google phone. In this price it is good phone. But still in the long run nokia need full android like sony or samsung to survive. The power of google is mainly google maps with gps and 1 gb ram. People are buying nokia x the way i bough but still nokia need exact copy of Sony xperia M to come back other wise Nokia X is a temporary solution. This comments are hard but this is reality. Google is eating every thing and who ever is friend of google will get the cake other wise life will become hard.

Nokia x gud phone...with almost 90percent of andorid apps running....
the nokia is better option because it gives long life to mobile.....but samsung will become complaints after 2 year.....

Touch and camera is gd but software is zero

U'r comparing IEM and EarBud; definitely IEM should produce higher sound volume because it's inserted in the ear.
It's not clear what headphone did he/she use. Impedance (scaled on Ohm) should also has some role on producing sound volume. Should no amplification needed if the can is 16 Ohm or less.
