There is time problem in my cell. When I adjust the time, some time it goes 10 minutes forward and some time it shows exact time. Any solution please????

hav the colors look like distorted or
negative.But happens for only a few seconds and
doesnt mostly happen.When that happens,it can
be stopped by locking and unlocking the phone.Is
this normal?please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If u want play store, you should root the phone.
