what about the video recording? i mean is it vga or qvga? if the video recording will be VGA@30fps and the price would not be too high definitly m gonna buy it.

Anonymous, 01 Jul 2010i think the c5 is worth the extra 2000rs..it has 3.5g,3.2mp camera,vga video rec.,gps,symbian ... moreWell I guess that Nokia had announced these phones C6(14K), C3(6K) and X2(6K) in a hurry.
And now since the other brands like Samsung, LG and SE have alredy RELEASED new phones with the same specs or better at a lower price than the expected price of nokia's upcoming chaps, it has become a nightmare to nokia to release their phone.
In India now the telecom industry is booming very fast, even some brands like Micromax(6%), Lemon are coming up with a Markable Market Share.
About Nokia I am pretty sure that they know it very well that launchin their phones at this expected price with these mentioned specs not gonna help. And even delayin it.
I still remember whn C3 n X2 were announced. the exexpected price for X2 ws 90Euro and for C3 it was 120Euro. almost 30% extra.
And now C3 has recently launched out at a price tag of 90Euro. and i bet C3 wud have gud demand thn X2. Although X2 is for music n C3 is for Social Netwrkin. But both phones hv 3.5mm jack now nobdy plays music on loud spekers. get a gud bass headset n enjoy music.
ANd about 5Mp camera. well thats a big time catch bt wht I wonder with is tht 6303 tht has 3.2Mp gets me a pic for 600-700KB thn how about 5MP. i guess 1 pic = 1MB. Y would a music lover who wanna go with X2 comprimizes on the memory for Camera??
Conclusion is this that prices will surely dip down for X2 and C6.

i think the c5 is worth the extra 2000rs..it has 3.5g,3.2mp camera,vga video rec.,gps,symbian os etc...n the 5mp cam. on the x2 wil not be better than the c5's 3.2mp cam.coz in gsmarena's review the c5 has been stated to have performed quite well in terms of picture quality n also it has excellent audio quality.the x2 is a low end handset n v cnt expect much from it n it'll surely disappoint many much like the x3 did...so the c5 is much better than x2 n by the tym x2 is launched in india the price of c5 wil come down to 7k...

wow guys, Nokia C5 is available for 7500rs! This is the best alternative nokia phone other than X2. And also it has got 16M scolor screen. 2gb mem card. 3g etc etc.
those who cant wait for x2 can buy C5

i guess nokia announced x2, c3 and c6 in a hurry and now since the other providers r launchin gud phone with nice features at a lower price range, nokia is afraid of th failure of their products.
c6's expected price is around 14k..
i prsnaly like it, very nice phone! bt Samsung, SE n LG r in the same category at a lower price range.. i hav found users of cookie n corby who all r preety satisfied n happy.
x2 n c3.. amazin phone at this price range.. bt keepin th customers to wait this much, exhaust th excitement n interest out of them.
N on top of that other brands n Nokia's Express Music Series is quite in demand at lower price range.
Firstly i thot this could be a very agresive marketin or may be th worst nw. Is it posiible tht releasin of these phones hv become th nightmare to nokia. They may hav to change th price tag this time fr c6 at least.
Whteva th case may be m usin Nokia 5800XM n will use it till nov.. n thn will go for some othr1.. bt 1 thin for sure ill stay with Nokia only.
