Nokia should admit the faults/defects of this phone, recall this unit because there were so many defects in 1week's time this phone has been purchased by users. It would be unfair if they will just do some repairs, when in fact you bought it as brand new. Do you think Nokia would admit that this product, or probably more products of Nokia had factory/design/functional defects??????? Wait until the battery explodes. That's the time they'll probably admit the faults. Where's the "Nokia Care" if they just sell faulty products(brand new but many defects). Are they only after the income? They should be responsible for their products, don't you think so? If they continue like this, someday consumers will lose interest in them. Just like I lost interest with their products.
how can I hide folders located in memory cards for his phone(ex. want to hide folders for pictures.) Thnx...

Anonymous, 08 Jan 2011What country are you in? If you had it that short time you may have the right to return it for... moreThanks for replying. I'm in Croatia, I had only 3 days to return it to either get the money back or to get a replacement, but I got sick and couldn't go anywhere. The phone is now off and I can't even turn it back on again. I really love the phone, but my worry is that there's something wrong with the particular model, because I read o forums that there's more people complaining about the same thing. The warranty is 2 years, but I'm afraid that means they will keep testing it and fixing it over and over again and I'll be without a phone again. Maybe if they cannot fix it, I can get my money back.....
kindly, i have recently recieved x302, and i wonder how to manage the reply to incoming call
For example: how to make it silent during ringing!!
hey y'all. does this phone run on symbian? according to the specs announcement from this site there's no special OS running on this phone and i figured either the phone works on a proprietary Operation System or there's a symbian hanging around but they've just forgot to mention that ( cause it happened before). so if anybody knows anything about the OS i'd appreciate it if you'd let me know.

I figured that if the WiFi would stay connected then push email would be possible ??
ar, 29 Dec 2010panget ba tong x3-02? kc I want to buy it sana ...uu maganada .. the best pon dat i ever own..
x3-02 is definitely going to be my next phone...........wat do u say shall i buy it???
Btw Guys and Gurls...
THE WIFI issue, if it keps on disconnecting, make sure bluetooth is switched off, and also any bluetooth devices nearby. This was confirmed to b a problem on some nokia N-series when using a certain brand of BT handsfree.
Wifi and bluetooth share the 2.4GHz frequency band, they operate in different ways but still can interfere with eachothers. Bluetooth is the main problem, as it does not use a defined frequency but jumps around at different frequencies in the 2.4 band.
Anonymous, 07 Jan 2011I just bought my Nokia X3-02 4 days ago, I was so thrilled when I got it, but almost immediate... moreWhat country are you in? If you had it that short time you may have the right to return it for a full refund, depending on your country's consumer rights laws.
No matter what your legal rights are, you should talk to the store and explain that its a faulty unit, see if they are willing to help in any way, but its a big chance they will take your phone and promis to fix it under warranty, then it can tak long time before you get it or an replacement back.
I hate warranty, it has far the most advantage for the manufacturers, not the consumers, they shud not be allowed to try to repair a cellfone, they shud onli replace with a new (or possibly refurbished units in some cases). In some countries with very strong consumer rights, like some scandinavian countries, they are onli allowed to try to repair a fone 2 or 3 times, if it gets problem after that the buyer has the right to get a brand new similar or better unit. Even that is not good enough but much better than the rest of the world still.
I just bought my Nokia X3-02 4 days ago, I was so thrilled when I got it, but almost immediately I got disappointed because the phone turns off every time in the middle of a call, and then I have to take out the battery to make it work again. I even noticed several times it turns off while not being used. Can anyone help? :(
Anonymous, 07 Jan 2011Hey... please... Here talking about Nokia X3-02, want to talk about Sony Ercisson go to the So... moreIts fair enough to say that SonyEriczn has good alternative fone, thats not off topic. Its good for other users to know their options. Read the review of X3-02 here, theres a lot of samsung fones mentioned there, alternatives is always mentioned in their reviews, so y not in the user comments also
Nokia fan no more, 07 Jan 2011What you're saying maybe true. But if that's the case, its as good as saying that gsmarena doe... moreto be realistic, GSMArena or phone manufactures/distributors dont care at all what we write here, as long as its not violating the posting rules. This is for user-to-user.
One thing i seen too often in GSMArenas reviews is "this problem may be due to early firmware". Even on samsung they will write that, even if its crystal clear that samsung has never cared about improving firmware, they havent even fixed relatively serious issues with their units. Corby is an excellent example of flawed fones that never got upgraded to become reliable, they just kept on pushing out new models all the time, gsmarena doesnt have to pretend they dont know that this is samsungs company policy. But we dont want to offend samsung now do we? =)
