hey u all MADE IN CHINA ....
Dude if u don't want to buy CHINA MADE mobiles then don't buy them. OK. Whether they are of NOKIA or any other company. Actually NOKIA is not totally MADE IN CHINA.
Nokia operates a total of 15 manufacturing facilities located at>
Espoo,Oulu & Salo in Finland;
Manaus in Brazil;
Beijing,Dongguan & Suzhou in China;
Farnborough in England;
Komárom in Hungary;
Chennai in India;
Reynosa in Mexico;
Jucu in Romania;
Masan in South Korea.
Nokia's Design Department remains in Salo, Finland.
What an awesome music phone, sound quality is superior with super sensitive touch and high definition screen and 12 months free downloads of the Nokia music store and you can use the phone as a Ipod with the 3.5ml jack
if ds unit going to be made in china again here in the philippines then dont put it in ur to buy list, from 5320, 6220, up to 5730 all are made in china and if you use all the features for bout 30 mins you'll be having a half day of battery life very convenient!! Hopefully i phone wud wake up and put a flash in their camera becouse thats the only thing that is missing on their product. Again if its maid in china 4get it luk 4 made in korea because the btery life wud give you at least 2 and half days xcept for the e75 dnt knw y its d only series dat s made in china
XM_fan08, 28 Feb 2010Is this better than nokia 5800? Why does this phone dnt hav a mem card slot? Its cpacty is lar... moreall feature are same expect 5mp camera,32gb mass memory n capacitive touchscreen....n it looks cooler than 5800..

Chris_Skylock, 28 Feb 2010Capacitive touchscreens dont have stylus. it uses your fingers to detect. That's the bad side ... morei see no bad side to using a non styli object on a cell, since movement and precision would be difficult,if not impossible to do so! i use capacitive solely based on the ease of use.
Chris_Skylock, 28 Feb 2010Capacitive touchscreens dont have stylus. it uses your fingers to detect. That's the bad side ... moreim nt veteran bt i wud like to differentiate b/w resistive n capacitive touchscreen.....
resistive-stylus n finger sensitive(can be used with gloves),lower sensitivity,used from eras... :P
capacitive-better sensitivity, multitouch support(like pinch zoom gesture),newer technology....
n mind dat htc is making a stylus for capacitive touchscreen....
about nokia????dis is first capacitive touchscreen device...even though it doesnt support multitouch...
Anonymous, 27 Feb 2010Lol. Aint true. Motorola phones will...check their radiation level. Nokia has their phones bel... moreWhoever you are... you are purely wrong! The rate of #1.6 is the maximum level of acceptable SAR, not the standard level. So, better if it would be lower than 1.00!
There are two types of Capacitive touchscreens.
First one uses Surface Capacitance Technology (basic technology) and Second one is Projected Capacitive Touch (PCT) Technology.
PCT is a capacitive technology which permits more accurate and flexible operation. Means You Can Use Your Finger Or Stylus. Both works Fine. HTC HD2 based on PCT.
Nokia Just Jumped Into Touchscreen Market. So it started with the Basic Touchscreen Technology.
Try HTC if You Want A Multi Touch Capacitive Touchscreen (Like HTC HD2)
raPhick=))), 28 Feb 2010does this thingy have a stylus?Capacitive touchscreens dont have stylus. it uses your fingers to detect. That's the bad side of capacitive screens but I do not know the benefit of it.
Care to enlighten us, Capacitive veterans?
Is this better than nokia 5800? Why does this phone dnt hav a mem card slot? Its cpacty is large enough, and despite in its size, its too big enough to put it on ur pocket.
malik, 26 Feb 2010i have this phone but 16GB, its more then enough memory i guess. there is one thing i want... more hi, most likely you will use your data plan for this, if you have one? if not you will either be charged, or need a wan/pan or wireless 802.11x access.
Chris_Skylock, 24 Feb 2010I dropped my Nokia N97 and 5800 XpressMusic a million times and they're both fine. They're bot... moreYup totally. Lols. No im serious. The phones are assembled in China but are fabricated elsewhere including China of course. Lols. Last time i dropped my Motorola...it just wont work after. Lols. Anyway nitez im out.
Nokia, 25 Feb 2010This phone will really burn your tissues! Unacceptable SAR levels, above 1.00??? my god! Lol. Aint true. Motorola phones will...check their radiation level. Nokia has their phones below the standard which is 1.6 as stated below by the other user. Heres a link to it. http://reviews.cnet.com/cell-phone-radiation-levels/?tag=lnav
