I hope that the CWM thing is temporary and that they'll lift it in the near future and sell it w/o commitment.... That should reduce the price by a cool $100-150 hopefully.
The design seems to me like a combination of the 6700 classic and the 5330 XM, weird but I like.
nokiafan, 02 Sep 2009so what nokia took the name big deal they didnt "took" it, they stole it. now SE needs to patent even their series names because Nokia is here !!!!
it is just a remake of 5800 with capacitive screen and 5mp camera. nothing to feel excited about. the 434mhz processor and 128MB ram has stop me from buying it.
capacitive screen mean I can't use it with glove on my hand. same processor and ram mean it will be slow (not that slow) as 5800.
personally I rather it has 533~600 mhz processor, 256mb ram over capacitive screen and 32GB memory (16GB+microSD card is good enough) don'treally care for the camera's resolution.
also even better music quality and more supported format is great plus.
Nokia finaly turned sexy.... although no new features or different .... but... the hardware... looks so awsome...
I can't believe it. I actually like this touch phone from nokia. Style wise and specs wise its good. Finally, they are catching up with samsung and others. Since they are already buying screen from samsung why the hell did they not get AMOLED?
Anonymous, 02 Sep 2009capacitive can support handwriting recognition. there are even certain styli that it supports ... moreya but from seeing the videos (i know it's a prototype)......but ya i confirmed, it's capacitive, but heck expensive...but finally nokia are making more headway....thats good...but interface needs a redo...
sonyericson, 02 Sep 2009they copied sony x-seriesso what nokia took the name big deal

big_texas, 02 Sep 2009Cool phone, capacitive,16M colors... but only 128 RAM, 434 MHz processor and still uses the an... morenokia will never ditch symbian they invested so much in it and they will continue to use it as long as they make cellphones maybe in their mid-ranged phones not their flagship ones but that doesn't mean that symbian sucks it's really good & user friendly OS they just need to work on the UI like maemo 5
Cool phone, capacitive,16M colors... but only 128 RAM, 434 MHz processor and still uses the ancient symbian? I will pass this! Not impressed at all!
