Hi Nokia Gourp,
I M using a X6 Nokia ,i m very disapponted of nokia care service , ist time i was facing some problm in keypad/automaticaly on off problm , i given my mobile to nokia care defency colony after one week of long reparing time they retrund set & asured that now your mobile ph is working ok , after two days again same problm they again clend the set , set now ok , after 1week same problm cuming in ph my sheduld is v busy its not possible for me every day i call to nokia care , yesterday i went to nokia care same place they checkd & said there is some mositure porblm in mobile i told her that i m facing same prblm since three month no bdy is listen bcoz i m customer that means custo se mar , they given of me estimate of 2500/- for reparing , you know i have purchased this mobile 5 month befor, i hav spokn mrs Neeta sharma (Center Manager) , she is very rud person , no i decided that i m going to Consumer Court for my help , If you have any idea any solution so pls advise.

Realy d os is nt gud. I'm updating my os in nokia care for every 1mnth. Bt stil it is hanging..

i bought my nokia x6 june 10 this yr.made in korea, im so disappointed of this phone ciz after 1 week i experience hang always hang...somebody told me to delete my anti virus so i did but its still the problem its always hang!!! then we tried to video in the dark its not nice theres a something of my phone blink2x of the screen i dont know if it is just like that or its just a factory defect so i will go in the nokia store to ask about it next week....i hate it!!!!before you buy it just check all especially the video try to video it in the dark if it is just something bilnk2x of the screen....i dont know if its normal or just factory defect..ill check when i will come in the nokia care center......to be continue>>>>>

nmm, 30 Jun 2011but C6 has better camera than X6Its camera is more good than c6 if u r using x6 u should knw dat it has auto focus camera with carl zessis optics & with dual led flash

yes there are pdf readers available on the net, one among it is alternate reader. you can search it on the net.. Word, excel, powerpoint presentations could be read in the phones inbult quick office app.. and there are a lots and lots of apps.. i thnk nokia X6 is a very best optioni've been using this phone for past 7 months.. between these it just hangs 2 or 3 times.. except that till date it've got no probs.. i guarantee 100%.. if u have any doubts u can clarify from me..
