this phone have smart look which attract people more and more the battery back up is also good . But this phone often hang while open two or more application . . This is only one disadvantage of this mobile

I'm planning to buy this phone. But pls someone who has this phone answer some of my questions.
1.Will the capacitive touchscreen still work if I cover it with a plastic or jelly case?
2.Is the phone casing scratch-proof or at least not does not easily get scratched?
3.How loud is the volume through the headphones? Is it as loud as N91?
4.Is the homescreen same as N97?
5.What's the latest firmware and is it hackable? If so, how to hack it?

Gopal@ 8gb n 16gb handsets hav same features..evrything is same,xcept d memory. So,its up 2 u,hw much memory u nid. I nided more memory so purchsd d x6-16gb
