I wonder why they didn't go with Windows OS on it though?
It Seems doomed otherwise?
[deleted post]I just proved by that video that symbian^3 phones are great at multitasking.
You said it yourself that you worked with a PROTOTYPE, which are buggy most of the time. You should know that better than anyone else; calling me an idiot.
If you look at HTC and Samsung phones, they not only have the same hardware specs but also they look just the same. Where is the phonemaker personality? How can you differentiate if all the phones are the same?

there is something you cant accuse nokia of and that is it try to come out with a different unique design of their own unlike samsung and lg who just copy iphone's design and sell it at a cheaper price.
eddman, 15 May 2011Go rant somewhere else.
You think only symbian^3 phones are the same?!
Desire HD, S and i... moreSorry - just came by, saw the post, and couldn't help myself but to write a reply:
It has EDOF but that's still Fixed Focus. It's just a better Fixed Focus because it has a larger range of depth (so it can catch objects close by and in distant). I doubt macro will be that great though.
I agree the phones are different though - most likely in the camera CMOS and lens. I love Carl Zeiss lens - you just can't compete with it.
What Android can do...Symbian can..
What Symbian can do...Android can't.

The best phone
