if you have not tried dont give comments useful. please read on google, so many to install applications like that is not running whatsapp. you can not say that, dont be lazy, just read, search on google.

Just try to download the latest firmware manually, use NaviFirm+ to download it. just type your product id to navifirm, and it automatically find your latest firmware and download it. then you try to flash it manualy use nokia X flaser , just search on google. i hope it help you.
