I brought a nokia xl mbil 1 month ago..mb were super but when we connect a charger not increasing the charging above 1 hour after 1 hour they will increasing why this problem were occur in nokia xl

Hi...i bought nokia XL just 17 days back and its working awmsome...besides this um experiencing 2 issues with it..its music player sounds bad whenever i use headphones, sound is not loud enough...and the other issue is that it doesnt connect with laptop...kindly help me to resolve them...thanks..!!!
