My Nokia xl not switching on. It keep showing "nokia" on the screen. What can I do to fix it? i have restored it but after 4th 5th day same problem occurred.

Battery life is so poor that I've understood in these 9 months. And most, all the Nokia Care customer point has been renewd to Microsoft point.

My XL was perfectly fine till this morning,when my phone's display all of the sudden turned foggy white with some lines on it....I don't know why it happened??I have never hitted or thrown anywhere...and my screenshots aren't working anymore can anybody tell me what happened to my phone?why is this happening all of the sudden?

It's been proven productive for me as I myself was unable to install Google Playstore. I'm happy with the phone. It's really beautiful n quite distinct from other ordinary android phones.
